We only go to Ruth Chris as a treat. Everytime it is so amazing. We enjoy a slow paced meal and nice company. We love the park city location because of the view. We always have a great server and accompanying servers.

Help staff is very customer oriented. Polite, efficient and always available. Great selection of entrees and sides and a delicious dessert offering. Seating is comfortable with no real high traffic areas.

We were seated in an a “no-man’s land” table, which seemed to be an enclave for our server. Our server made few visits to our table, meanwhile, the server in the section adjacent to us was constantly out and about, checking in on his guests, and was super-friendly, unlike ours. The mixed drink we ordered seemed to be missing about 20% of its volume, our appetizer was cold, as was one of our side dishes. Overall, we felt pretty abandoned where we were sat, and the meal was lackluster, which was disappointing, since Ruth’s Chris is often a pleasant treat.

Service was very good! Noise level was tolerable, but the food was absolutely horrible. My Dad and I have gotten the Ahi Tuna for years, and this was pretty good, but the sauce was different. The we ordered salads and we both ate about a 1/3. The caesar didn't have any flavor, and it might have been because it didn't have enough dressing. I ordered a medium rare filet, and it came out medium well. I should have sent it back, but I was so hungry I thought I could eat the middle and be fine....but no. It was cooked! And the shoe string potatoes were like eating tree bark.....very hard and no flavor either. My family has loved Ruth's Chris for a very long time, but not sure I'll be going back anytime soon. I'm tired of paying high prices for a McDonalds type meal.

The food was very good and the service was attentive and efficient and friendly. The petite filet was well cooked and tender but a little lacking in flavor, so I asked for some Bearnaise sauce which perked it up. The main dining area near the bar was a bit loud but the back dining area where we had a reserved table was very nice.

The Park City Ruth’s Chris was perfect for our Anniversary. Our table was outside with an incredible view of the mountains, rose petals on the table and acknowledged our special occasion and even served us a feee dessert as a gift for celebrating our Anniversary with them. The wait staff was excellent and the food was fabulous. We would recommend Ruth’s Chris to all our friends and family.

Superb service (Thanks, Zac!). Easy to make a reservation. Celebrating a birthday and they added confetti to our table prior to arrival. Food and drinks menu had a fantastic selection, with items we hadn't tried before - and EVERYTHING was delicious! We had the filet, a bleu cheese crusted filet, Street corn, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes and bread pudding. We DEFINITELY recommend!

My wife and I spent our 10th anniversary at Roth's Chris for one of the most amazing an unforgettable experiences we've ever had! There service was outstanding, second to no one else and the meal speaks for itself! Everyone from the host to our bus guy wished us a happy anniversary, even the manager made an appearance to wish us well! Thank y'all at Ruth's Chris for the hard work y'all put in to making it such a wonderful anniversary experience, my wife and I will never forget it!

We didn’t feel as though the food was as good as in prior visits as our steaks, while cook as we requested were dry. Additionally, while we ordered sautéed spinach we were give creamed (that mistake was corrected). The big problem is that it felt like we were eating a $60 steak in a McDonalds. The appearance of your fellow diners is apart of the ambiance and casual shorts with t shirts, non-designer jeans, logo t shirts, hats (one on backwards), shirts meant to be tucked in left untucked, etc is just not appropriate in what is billed as a fine dining establishment. Those of you who subscribe to the “me” way of living where only what matters to “me” is important will disagree if course. An establishment should develop a dress code, post it and enforce it (take a look at the Hillstone group website). If Ruth’s chooses to not do so I choose to go elsewhere!!

We went to the Park City location. It was very difficult to find a parking space. Our server was great and the atmosphere was enjoyable. Our meal of salads, steaks and sides with drinks was about 4 times more expensive than other steak restaurants. We did not really think the steaks tasted 4 times superior, as other places we have been to.

We had a lovely dinner at Ruth’s Chris. Our waiter was very attentive and also gave us lots of time to sit and chat. The steaks were cooked to perfection and everything was delicious. My only very minor complaint was that we were seated at a table where I couldn’t look outside. Ruth’s Chris has such a beautiful outdoor view of the trees, pool and golf course. I will be back again very soon, so maybe next time I’ll be seated at a table where I can enjoy the view. Thank you for such a wonderful dining experience!

Im not generally a Ruth’s Chris fan as the one in Ft Lauderdale where I live isn’t very good. We were convinced that the PC location was much better and that turned out to be correct I had a Cesar salad and the small filet and it was excellent. The wife had B Sprouts snd Lobster tail and she raved about it. We also shared asparagus - and though I prefer the skinny ones - but were very good. We were full but couldn’t resist the flour- less chocolate cake which was tasty. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was more sophisticated than Ft L. Maybe I will try RC at home again

The food was amazing, especially the steak! Our server, Chris, was very stand off-ish and not very pleasant, making it seem like we were a nuisance to him. I’m guessing this is because we did not appear as wealthy as his other tables.. which made for a fun social experiment for us. The other staff was all wonderful, I would recommend the food there always. In terms of the server Chris, maybe if you pull out your wallet when you sit down and show him all your money he might be nicer.
