The food was incredible and our waiter Rusty was superb. I have dined at other Ruth Chris in other states and the food is very consistently delicious.

Although our server was outstanding, I was dissatisfied with the chefs. My husbands NY strip was ordered med-well and came out charcoal. My filet was ordered med-well and was butterflied but was served med-rare. As my first experience at this restaurant I must admit I was very disappointed.

Nice restaurant.. Was average priced for typical fine dining in the area although I have had steaks that tasted extremely better in other fine dining restaurants for less money. My “Cowboy Ribeye” had minimal flavor, it honestly tasted like I was eating just meat that was put on grill. No salt, pepper, garlic butter, non of the traditional seasonings that steaks are cooked with. The $10 family style sides were decent but also have experienced bigger family style sides. The service as extremely friendly but there was a problem with getting things such as bread, nobody knew what was going on with the bread, I waited for my cocktail for about 13 mins. And then asked for a soda and waited about 15 mins for that.

I did enjoy the experience and as a restaurant conisyuour visiting a new restaurant weekly, this one I will not revisit.

Guery our sever was fantastic and our sever from the last couple times we visited was Antonio and he recognized us which was impressive in itself but took the time to work with Guery to serve our entree which maybe was a simple gesture, but we greatly appreciated for the two of them to work together a little bit. Never disappointed with Ruth’s Chris in Cancun, so very consistent with their food and especially their service.

Food and service were excellent. The ladies rest room was poor. Three stalls. One was closed, one had poor lighting and one was OK. The condition of the rest room was not up to Ruth’s Chris standards - Orlando location

We went for Valentine’s Day. The place wears extremely busy, as expected but still the service was good, food was excellent!!! Only complaint, and it really isn’t one, all ladies were given a rose that night (very nice touch!!) the one my wife received was almost dead. Again, not really a complaint

Rusty was our server and he was the best next time we wont only allow him to pick our wine we are going to let him select our food, he is the best with pairing wine with foods that you select

I rated the noise level a little high because as we were finishing up our dinner, still had dessert coming, a group of 11 sat right next to ya and, naturally, it got louder. It didn’t bother us, but just something to be aware of. The restaurant surprised us with some nice rose petals at the table when we arrived, very nice. And when the waiter brought out our dessert it said “Happy Anniversary” on the plate, very sweet. All in all, another excellent visit to our favorite anniversary spot. =)

I honk we’re petty much done inning at Ruth’s Chris. Have eaten at several of them and have never been great experiences. The last two times two different restaurants were not good. Last night’s meal was bad. Both food and service.

We love eating at Ruth Chris as they have excellent Steaks, and a nice selection of sides.
Sadly our waiter was not very friendly, he was all business, it was like he wasn’t happy to be there.

Attention to detail was lacking at this location. We’ve been spoiled by the Coral Gables restaurant. Food was good but had to be sent back for being under cooked. Resolved the problem by bringing out a new hot plate. Servers left our stacked dishes instead of removing them promptly when passing by. Would go again but maybe pick a better time of day.

Extremely disappointed with our dining experience.

Made reservation through open table for 730 pm, waited an hour and fifteen and was seated at 845 pm.

No apologies were made, just that it was busy. I thought the whole point of booking a table through open table was that the restaurant had an actual time for the time the reservation was booked. Food good, service rushed, not worth the considerable expense.

We dined at Ruth's Chris to celebrate our house closing. The steak is always good and while expensive, we were celebrating our new home. I made a last minute reservation and had no problem getting in as it was a Tuesday night. We will dine here again in the future.

Food was very good, steak prepared as ordered. Service was also very good. Prices are very high and menu is ala carte. Accompaniments are extra. Baked potato $9!!!!! Seriously? Some of the vegetable entrees (scalloped potatoes, Brussel sprouts) are enough for 2 people. Overall, glad we tried it but felt the prices were exorbitant for a chain restaurant. Have had just-as-good or better meals elsewhere for less.

The food and service were great, our server Linda was attentive, friendly and professional. The food was well prepared and delicious. My only negative comment is that the men’s bathroom was poorly cleaned for a restaurant of this caliber and price (gross).

Wen to celebrate my wife's birthday and the service was poor. Our server did try to assist, however everything failed. We arrived at 8pm as scheduled, ordered our appetizers which arrived more than 1 hour later. We had to complain and ask the server several times for the order, and the main course practically arrived at the same time as the appetizers. The person who brought them offered to remove those appetizers as a gesture and told us he will inform the manager; this also was not done and they did not honor their promises and we were charged normally for everything. This was a very bad experience and a big disappointment as I highly spoken of the place for having the opportunity to dine there before.

We had a 7:15 reservation, and had difficulty getting there because of traffic problems. We called to report we were stuck in traffic, and found the reservation policy (be there within 15 minutes or we won't hold your table) to be inflexible.
