This was my first and last time I go to a Ruth Chris steakhouse. The service was outstanding, but the food was less than spectacular and definitely not worth the price. The portions were small and the steak was less than what was advertised. The steak was listed as being 20 oz, but it was smaller and I asked for it to be medium rare. But it was medium within minutes of when I got it, since they serve it on a hot plate. You would think that they would know that when they serve it on a hot plate that it continues to cook, so they should have brought it rare and by the time I was able to eat it would have exactly as I asked.

It’s been my wife and I’s third time this month visiting this location. The service has been impeccable on every visit. Our steaks were amazing. We will be back!

We usually eat at Ruth Chris's Ocean City to celebrate our anniversary. we were greeted by the hostess Happy Anniversary, we ordered a Caesar Salad, and a Blue Cheese wedge salad and 2 16 0z ribeye with two sides.

My concern was that there was a slippage in service this year. We had annoying fruit flies that were interested in sharing our wine, I told the helper to the waiter that I needed another knife since I used it to cut my salad, it was never brought. The wedge was smaller than usual and very heavy handed with the dressing. The steaks and side were great, our waiter helpful with advice, he advised me on how to choose my steak, but if the steak plates are hot and sizzling, where do you put the sides, our bread plates had crumbs on it? I asked and was told to use the bread plate.
Finally, our waiter brought out a dessert on the house, small bread pudding on a plate that spelled out Happy Birthday with a candle. It was a small thing, but it is the details that make the night special.
I would still return, but speak to the waiter before we order next time.

Anniversary Dinner. Steaks overcooked! Lobster undercooked! I’m not one to complain but the steaks were bad. Ordered medium well got chewy dry leather. All the flavor cooked out of it. Soup was thick and nasty. Dinner for 3 tab was over $500. Including 1 glass of wine, 3 apps, 3 entrees, 3 deserts, and espresso. Overpriced is an understatement! Food not good! Service was fantastic!

Both of the rib eyes were tough. The corn tasted like it came from a can, but Cristian removed it from our check.

Christian was excellent, but bristled a little when we had food concerns.

I’ve been in his shoes before and I know customers don’t want an excuse, they just want things resolved.

The food and service were great. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for steak.

A fine dining restaurant located in an old horse stable that was the home of War Admiral and Man of War, two of the finest horses in racing history. Great food and great atmosphere

Food was generally excellent. Most of our party had filets which were excellent. The exception was the creamed spinach and asparagus side dishes. They were literally room temperature when they came to the table. We’ve always gotten piping hot sides when eating at this restaurant. So it was quite a surprise.
Service was excellent.

We had a last minute change of plans for Thanksgiving while in Ocean City, and we really didn’t want a traditional Thanksgiving meal in a restaurant. Ruth’s Chris accommodates us and it couldn’t have been nicer. Our server and bus person were amazingly attentive and the food was as good as I remembered.

Thanksgiving-unfortunately the turkey was “over” sage! The stuffing was cold. But the soup was delicious. For the price I was very disappointed!

We spent Thanksgiving dinner here. Although pricey , it was delicious !! Our servers were so friendly . We had a great time and plan on returning.

Anniversary

Wonderful time at Ruth Chris for my birthday. Food was OUTSTANDING! We will be sining there again soon.

By far my favorite Ruth's Chris. The original beam and timber framework creates an ambiance of warmth and rich elegant heritage of the spectacular animals that were cared for at Riddle Farm.

Perfect but better!

This Ruth Chris location always does a nice job of providing nice dining experience in all aspects.

Always amazing. But this time, the food was even better - if that’s possible.

Remember - plates are HOT. Steak was delicious, mashed potatoes and creamed spinach were great. (Sides are meant to share) Wait staff was attentive but not intrusive. Ver all very enjoyable and relaxed meal.

Fantastic quality food from seafood to beef with top notch service. Certainly a great place to enjoy an evening out.

Outstanding as always ! Steaks cooked to perfection

We had a great dinner to celebrate my 71st birthday. Starting with the very warm and tasty crab cakes we then share the chopped salad. It is great that they divide it for you and the presentation was perfect. We both had the Filet and Lobster entree. Everything was cooked to perfection and we thoroughly enjoyed this with our shared loaded baked potato and creamed spinach. They make excellent cocktails and our Cosmopolitan and Manhattan were excellent. Sam was our waitress and Zack her assistant. Both were top notch and attentive.

Our favorite steak house of Eastern Shore. We absolutely love the selection of meats and cuts and also the lobster, the fishes, the appetizers, and the sides. The wine list is great. The ambient is very inviting and the service is always excellent.

We dined with friends whose anniversary was the same week as ours, and Ruth’s Chris is a very special treat. The large seafood tower was delectable, and our steaks were wonderful as always. Fantastic evening!
