Our reservation was at 7:30 and they didn’t seat us until almost 8pm. We had a team of 3 waiters and all 3 continually came up to us interrupting our conversation asking us if we want to order. We felt pushed to order. We said no at least 4 times that we were not ready to order. When my husbands drink came out wrong we had to ask them where it was and if someone forgot the drink because it took a long time to get the correct drink. For such an expensive meal we were very disappointed with the service. The food was excellent as always but we were celebrating a special occasion and we did not have a good experience because of the constant interruptions and then when we needed something we had to flag servers down. The bus staff was very good and were attentive and kept out water glasses full all night.

The food is very good, but on the expensive side. Our server, that we always have is awesome.

60th Birthday celebration-staff/service superior! Delicious food! Never felt rushed even though one couple in our party was 30 min late. Great place for special occasions!

It is always special to have dinner here.Two of us had a filet and the other two had fish.Both were wonderful.Our server Berto was amazing.All in all a very lovely evening.

An excellent experience

As a party of 6, various menu items were ordered be it steaks, steaks and shrimp or fish. Everyone in our party was more than satisfied with the quality of their food. Berto our server could mot have been more accommodating. This restaurant is pricey but as the say " you get what you pay for".

Our multiple birthdays celebration at Ruth's Chris (Northbrook) was amazing!
Not only was th entire dinner succulent, delicious, and prepared to perfect timing perfection, but our service by Buntit was OUTSTANDING!
We couldn't have chosen a better steakhouse. We'd like to thank Ruth's Chris for providing us with such great culinary products as well as top
caliber staff such as Buntit, Justin, and of course GM Brady Pankow. These guys make it look so easy but we know it's not.

We went for a delicious steak with sides and were quite pleased with our meal. However, we were seated in a side room off the main dining room and bar which is lacking in atmosphere and warmth. Will be sure to reserve a table in the main dining area when we book next time.

The chicken was very salty. It tasted very peppery. It was hot and juicy.

We came for my husband's birthday as this is one of his favorite restaurants. We really enjoy the atmosphere and the steaks are outstanding. I've never had a bad dish here. It is pricier than we normally spend, but it's great for a special occasion.

Not surprisingly, our experience was excellent. We were seated immediately and our server (Muhammad) was attentive, fun, personable and great. Want to also point out the manager (Bradley?...not a 100% sure) was excellent as well. He was very personable and made sure our experience went well.

My father, brother, and brother in law all get together about once a month and meet at Ruth's Chris. It's always a consistently excellent meal. Our server this time, Jennifer, was outstanding. We'll be back next month.

Wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner with my husband of almost 57 years😊

The steak was extremely chewy, tasteless. Cooked shrimp had a huge smell of fish which was so unappetizing.

One steak was undercooked. When it came back at the ordered temperature, the shrimp on the plate were over cooked. Won’t be running back for over $95 per person.

Great service. A special occasion type of restaurant because of the value. For 2 people with appetizer, main course and a drink we spent over $220.

A wonderful Valentines Dinner. Always great food.

Sat in back room with a view of a counter filled with silverware, glasses, and plates. Not what I expected at a high class restaurant.
