   Got the classic meals. The steak was way too seasoned and salty and overcooked for being medium rare. We each upgraded to the 16 oz prime ribeye. Will not be going there again. Everything was mediocre including the salad as well.

   Shout out to Jackie and Buntit for the exceptional service tonight. Very attentive service and full of suggestions for the night. Lamb chops were phenomenal. All of their sides are to die for. Definitely on my top places to dine at. Will be coming back

   My 1st time to this location of Ruth Chris and I loved it. The staff was great including our waiter Martini!! My steak was cookee perfectly. My shrimp were just ok but great meal!!

   We had another great birthday celebration at Ruth Chris yesterday. It’s our tradition to celebrate my daughter’s birthday at Ruth Chris every year, since she was 8 years old. Ruth Chris never disappoints with the dry aged delicious steaks, done perfectly as requested. It’s also nice that they have the hot plates so you can heat up ur steaks urself. Our waitress, Jackie H and her assistant were so attentive to our needs throughout the meal. Ruth Chris will always b our favorite place to dine for special occasions.

    Omg, from the time we walked in til the time we left the experience was AMAZING! The ladies at the front desk were so nice, and polite. Really made us feel welcome even before we checked in. Our server Ally was phenomenal!!! He went above and beyond with his service. The food as excellent. The drinks were great. They even decorated the table for us. Everyone was so polite. They made us feel great. This is one of best locations that we’ve been too. We will be back soon. Thank you for making our anniversary memorable!

    Amazing service began when we walked in and AJ took us to our table. Since we were sitting in the lounge and the NCAA tournament was on, he had the channel changed to the game I was interested in. Will definitely return.

    Our server and host staff were friendly, very professional and attentive, however it took too long for our entrees. The petite filet was good, but not the best I’ve had. But it was a lovely setting for a birthday dinner with my grandson. Clearly understaffing is a problem for EVERYONE, and I’m glad to see this restaurant staying in business.

    It was my 46th Birthday Celebration!! There was a hiccup after being seated but the manager made it right. The food and service was excellent! I enjoyed every bite! I really missed dinning at Ruth’s Chris since the downtime Chicago location closed. Thanks for a memorable evening!😊🥰

    I hadn’t been to Ruth’s Chris in over a decade before dining there on a random Wednesday night. I’ll start by saying that the service was impeccable, starting with our server, Linette Howard. She was amazing! She was outgoing and funny, made great menu recommendations, filled our requests promptly and just made us feel comfortable and well-taken-care-of throughout the meal. If we dine again at this location, I’ll definitely request her to be our server. The rest of the staff were also very welcoming and helped to make us feel at home. The food was delicious—especially the spinach-artichoke dip (the goat cheese absolutely makes it!) and the decadent bread pudding (large enough to share, and unless you are a professional eater, you may want to split it; also, definitely get ice cream on top to cut the richness). Steaks were done to perfection, as ordered, and were devoured down to the bones. All in all, a truly enjoyable meal & experience. Well done (steak-related pun intended), Ruth’s Chris!

    Another fabulous dinner at Ruth’s Chris! My son and I each had the 11oz filet. They were cooked to perfection! We shared the side of garlic mashed which was creamy and a hint of garlic. Delish! Our server, Jackie was very friendly and did an excellent job. From communicating to the chef, the bartender, and to refilling the soft drinks, she made the experience that much more enjoyable. We will be returning soon!

    We went for my wife’s birthday. We sat for about 15 minutes before our server, who didn’t introduce himself, came to our table. He barely came around and service was slow. Calamari was very good. We both had filets. My wife had to send her back because it was underdone and then it was filled with fat. The manager was excellent and got my wife a new center cut steak. We like Ruth’s Chris and would be back as long as we got a better server.

    UNDERWHELMING. DISAPPOINTED. I haven’t been to a Ruth Chris in a while but the LAST TIME I went to one in Downtown Chicago it felt like I was at a high end steakhouse with everything that you’d expect to go along with it. Smiles from an attentive staff. Well crafted food that felt like it had the personalized touch of a seasoned chef. Elevated dining expectations met in line with an elevated price tag. THIS experience was the OPPOSITE. The hostess and waiter were nice when we arrived but as we left the hostess barely acknowledged us as we left. She said “Thanks for coming” without even looking up from whatever was behind the podium. Our first drinks didn’t arrive until after our salad. We had to send back the Sea Bass because it was very fishy tasting and not good. The mushrooms tasted like they were in packaged gravy. The bone-in New York Strip was good but unfortunately that was the only thing acceptable generally and even then I’ve had better steaks. The lobster tail add-on was small and seemed like a frozen tail they just threw in the oven. We were not checked on very often by the waiter and he barely acknowledged us when I handed him back the final check. Bottom line for me is I’d rather spend the same high amount of money at a more personalized non chain exclusive steakhouse because this felt like very high prices for a FACADE of a nice steakhouse but really more like Outback Steakhouse food and service. It just feels like Ruth Chris has become way to corporate of a restaurant and gotten away from an exclusive and well crafted dining experience.

    Wonderful welcome and table setting for our anniversary! I was very surprised a dress code I sent enforced or suggested. RC should be considered at least business casual in the dining area. Saw a few pants sagging, girls dressed as if they were pole dancing…

    The place was beautiful and our waiter Fernando was amazing. The food was fresh and hot but lacked flavor(seasoning). The wait bread was dry, they should change it. My saucers were a bit dirty but Fernando fixed that immediately. Drinks were great (I had two long islands). Btw I ordered the veal ravioli and lobster bisque for app and stuffed chicken breast with mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. Mac and cheese made with a rue I’d perfer cheese. Chicken breast was juicy but bland so I used steak sauce. Ravioli was more like pot stickers and lobster bisque was me trying something new that didn’t work for me. Potatoes were the best thing and I had to salt and pepper them heavily. Service was great fast and friendly but the food should’ve been better especially for the price.
