Overpriced mainstream food. Booths line the main pathway for guests and staff, very high traffic. Side plate and fork were dirty when we sat down and waiter never brought replacement. Waiter trying to pickup extremely hot plates from tray with a slippery polyester napkin. Almost burnt himself twice and almost dropped the plate. Accident waiting to happen. Please supply your staff with proper grips for these hot plates! Family style sides and main takes up all the room on its small plate but no empty dinner plate was given in order to have room to eat main and sides together. Child's meal well priced for small filet. Adult version with two pieces of meat and no sides or ice cream was at least 4x more cost? Makes no sense.
Our waiter, Jason, was amazing. Great knowledge of how everything on the menu was prepared and an even better conversation. Service was prompt and quick, while the flavors of the food were absolutely fantastic.
We arrived and were seated almost immediately. Our service was fantastic. The food was amazing. It was the best meal and the chefs were very accommodating with dietary restrictions.
Awesome evening. We were celebrating a friends birthday and had a group of 8 guys on a Saturday night Had an amazing experience. All the food was perfect. We kept our waitress on her toes and she did an amazing job.
The food and atmosphere were lovely. On the other hand, our reservation was for 9 p.m. and we weren’t seated until 9:50 p.m. The dinner was very expensive and the advertised 30% discount for reservations after 9 p.m. was not applied.
The food was good, however it was way too costly for what you get, even for Niagara Falls. We were offered water when we were seated, so we had time to look at the menu. Out of the two options provided, sparkling or flat, we had selected flat. We were going to be charged for that water. Seriously? Indicate that to your guests, as that is grossly misleading. They ended up comping it. Although the food was good, I would never go back to that location. The Kegs view and value is way more substantial at the Falls. Opt to go there.
Took my mother for her birthday and they absolutely made it so special. If this app would allow me to post photos I would upload a picture of the dessert they gave us on which they wrote happy birthday in chocolate! Everything was perfect. If you’re celebrating a special occasion I would unreservedly recommend this location!
Prices are way higher than regular Ruth’s chris.
Was not impressed
heard so many things about this amazing Steakhouse the steak was overcooked the food was mediocre the seafood was extremely salty you can barely taste the lobster the only good thing about this restaurant was the waiter would not recommend to anyone
Everything is nice. Except I eventually find a discount coupon right outside the restaurant. Anyway, food are great there. We enjoy very much
Overall experience was below average in comparison to the Ruth's Chris locations in the GTA. We mentioned it was our anniversary and they threw rose petals on the table as we were being seated in a booth located by the bar. One of the steaks came overcooked and they charged us a $2 fee for dessert despite them stating dessert would be complimentary since it was our anniversary. For the price and service I would not recommend this particular location for visitors.
Good service, very friendly. We have 6 people, ordered 3 meat dishes and 2 veggies dishes on side. One girl realized we are shared; she cut all meat dishes for 6 pcs. Waitress very patient to serve us.
Service was good. Waitress was Amazing. Food was Amazing
This Ruth’s Chris is a massively different experience than any other in the chain. Overpriced 2x versus downtown Toronto! The private booths are lovely, but I’m not sure I would have been willing to pay full pop ($400 for two entrees, no sides, no dessert, one appetizer and two by the glass glass of wine) - the $200 voucher was the only thing that made it even close to reasonable.
Crasy expensive, no steak is worth that price, think it’s because it’s in Niagara ?
