Everything was perfect!
It was great, but a little too noisy. I will definitely recommend it to all of my friends
Steak was undercooked then over cooked. Once there was a mistake I couldn’t get service after that. Paid a lot of money for a bad night
Food is always great tasting. This particular location is very noisy. They need a wall between the bar area and dining room.
Servers didn’t seem to know what was gluten free. They had to keep going back to check. I was concerned about this. It would be helpful for a manager to deliver the food.
Our waiter was attentive, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The service is great, the ambiance as nice as you'd expect an expensive restaurant to be, but I thought the food a little underseasoned. They're known for steak and my steak was great, cooked just how I wanted, but needed some salt. My expectations were very high knowing that dinner was going to end up being a couple of hundred dollars, so Ruth's Chris just gets 4 stars out of 5.
Outstanding food and service.
Food was excellent , we all ordered from the preset menu . Lots of options , different salads , different steaks and included dessert . Great value . I especially enjoyed petite filet with lobster ! We were not rushed . It was conducive for conversation ( not noisy or loud music and background )
Made reservations for 5 pm...checked in and stood by the bar where the hostess could see us. 5:10 asked if our table was ready...5:20...5:30....people being sat with no reservations. FINALLY at 5:48 after letting them know we were upset, we were sat. Food was okay, nothing to brag about. Definitely wont be back.
Trip to the city - kids out of school
The least impressive of any Ruths Chris I have ever been to, although the food was good.
When we arrived, we had to wait for 20 minutes while the hostess sat others in front of us. When I asked her about it, she told me they had a reservation. I said I did also and that she ( the restaurant) phoned me that day to confirm the reservations. I said yes we will be there. Which we were on time. I received “ well I didn’t call you” response with an attitude from the hostess. We finally sat down and had to wait for two servers before able to place an order for drinks. We waited 15 minutes for drinks. Needless to say, we were disappointed.
Took my son and his girlfriend for dinner on his birthday. We made the 45 minute drive to the restaurant and arrived for our 8:00 reservations and checked in. We were not seated until almost 8:50. We received our food at almost 10:00 pm. I understand they are busy on Friday nights, but what are resrvations for?
This is not our first time at Ruth’s. We chose this place because we knew we would be pleased with location, parking, menu options, price and taste.
It was good everything I expected it to be
awesome as always. consistently great meal and service. value reasonable for this quality
Good, but had to wait a little while
Worst Ruth’s Chris experience ever.
Taylor Swift concert
Ruth’s is a consistent great meal. You can always count on a good quality and well cook steak.
Used the open table app to book a table for 7:00pm at around 6:15 pm. The app secured me a table for 7:15pm and my reservations were complete. Showed up at 7:10pm and was seated right away. The service was phenomenal and the food was delicious.
We took our boss from Los Angeles here for his birthday. He really enjoyed the food and dessert. Blueberry cheese cake was the best he has ever tasted.
My husband and I consider this to be the finest meal we have ever had! The food, the staff, the entire establishment was exceptional!!
Excellent Food and Service. The waiter did an excellent job and the food was outstanding
Always love going there after a Saints game!!!!! The chop salad and filet was awesome as always!!! The lobster Mac and cheese was really good!! Great service!!!
I went to Ruth's Chris for my husband's birthday dinner. The food, service, and ambiance was wonderful. Ruth's Chris will always be my husband and I favorite restaurant.
Everything was wonderful!
We had reasonable choices and was able to add upgrades. It was a wonderful night and the server was very knowledgeable.
Great and efficient as always
Renee is an awesome bartender!!
Back room is much quieter than sitting in front. Also tables are spread out more. Dominique was our waiter. He was the greatest!
Great as usual.
Blair and Mike were a compliment to outstanding food! They gave excellent recommendations and were very knowledgeable about the menu! Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!
Consistently delicious. A perfect place to celebrate on a date for 2 or with friends.
The main reason we frequented the restaurant several times while in New Orleans was the Executive Chef, Mr. Gibson, who personally talked with my husband and me about our daughter's severe food allergies. He personally prepared her food to ensure she could safely enjoy her meal. She was attending a conference and needed food with no tree nuts, poppy seeds or mango.
In addition the food was of the highest quality and presentation and the service attentive. We felt fortunate to find this restaurant while visiting New Orleans.
We are frequent Ruth's Chris diners but tonight was not our best experience. The steaks were not cooked properly and one of the filets was very fatty! Service was ok, not excellent.
Our waitress was very slow. We would order a drink and not see for 10 minutes. Other tables were eating and leaving while we sat and waited. Since it was my husband’s birthday we splurged on the porterhouse steak. The sirloin side was not edible. There were two strips of gristle running through it. Also we ordered medium rare and it was slightly over cooked.
We eat at Ruth’s often and this is first bad experience we have experienced.
Management did give us a discount but our special occasion was a disappointment.
The food was great. Our server Joseph was awesome!!
