Parents 50th anniversary
This used to be one of the better steakhouses in Nashville. No more. Went for my birthday. We arrived a bit early but still had to wait 45 minutes to be seated. Then they tried to put us in some annex that was lit with bright fluorescent lights. Felt like a prison cafeteria. We said no and moved to the bar. Got no service there. No water no bread no attention. We split the $60 bone in strip which was garbage. Skipped dessert and coffee since no one asked. Truly pitiful. Will never go back. Too many other good options.
Surprisingly my steak was extremely fatty. It was hard to even fin good bites. Paying $250 for a meal for two, you expect better quality.
Great food! Perfect date night location. I highly recommend this location due to the professionalism and courtesy of the staff and ambiance of the environment.
Food took forever and seemed like it had been sitting under the heating lamp for 15 mins. This seemed to make the exterior very chewy and interior dry. 2/5 would not recommend. However, our server Robert was very nice and seemed to notice the catastrophe going on in the kitchen but was powerless.
Ruth’s Chris didn’t disappoint once again. The food was great and the service was superb.
Wonderful as always with Ruth Chris
My husband and I dine at Ruth Chris monthly. Be it, in D.C. where he’s stationed, Tennessee where I am or Florida we ALWAYS dine here.
Excellent service , food and ambiance !
We had a wonderful experience as always with fabulous food and service.
Ruth's Chris has always gotten a great review from me but this visit I was disappointed due to the service. This waitress most likely was not properly trained to the Ruth's Chris tradition and practices that patrons expect. I wrote an email directly to the General Manager to complain and pointed out all issues with service that night. The worst thing that happen was that she used her finger to push my dessert into a to-go container. No excuse for this type of poor service. Otherwise the food was good and the kitchen staff did their usual great job. This is my first time being disappointed and I will still dine here but never with this waitress, if she is still there.
Took my wife to Nashville for an early Valentine's getaway. The food at Ruth’s Chris was excellent! By far the best steak I had ever eaten! We will definitely go back!
We count on Ruth's Chris to be predictable: great food, great service.
We were a bit disappointed with the meal and the service. My ribeye was ordered medium rare and was clearly medium to well-done. The creamed spinach was less than tasty.
The person circling the room to ask how everything was skipped us.
Hate to submit a negative review, but you asked.
We won't avoid you in the future, but neither will we have our expectations set too high.
Everything was great.
Food, service all the different people making sure your meal was outstanding. We sat close to the kitchen so my only complaint was we could here the kitchen manager yelling out orders all thru the nite
My wife and myself were making jokes about him yelling Omaha
Other than that it was perfect
