    Nice atmosphere but the food was just ok, we got 2 filets and ordered one med rare and it came out well done and the other ordered medium and came out rare, place wasn’t busy at all but service was very slow

    Eat at Ruth’s Chris often, however first time at this location in Nashville. Restaurant is beautiful inside. My wife was provided a gluten free menu, so apparently the chain shares preferences. That was nice. Our server Amir was amazing. One of the best servers we have ever had.

    Let me start by saying that the service was good. However, the food was terrible, especially considering the price you pay for it. Our brussel sprouts were cold, the steak was not cooked to the correct temperature, the mac & cheese was runny. Would I do it again? Absolutely not

    Ruth’s Chris in Nashville is hands-down our favorite spot—my wife and I always come back here because it never misses. The food is consistently amazing, the service is always top-notch, and the overall experience is second to none. We’ve tried other high-end restaurants in the area, but every time we stray, we end up wishing we had just gone to Ruth’s Chris. It’s the one place we know we’ll enjoy every single time. Highly recommend!

    Had a few bumps on our last visit. Our main server seemed to do a good job, but chicken support staff were not on it. Issues on salad prep, cook temps and 1 missed order item.
