    Nice place, greeted right away. Server did an excellent job taking care of us. Ordered 20 ounce ribeye, we were disappointed in lack of searing & seasoning. Steak tasted like it had been boiled, not cooked in an oven. Manager walked around, never came by our table even though I did hear him ask other tables around us about their dinner. Might go back for appetizers, definitely not for the $77.00 steak.

    We’ve been here numerous times and it was disappointing for the first time. Service was terrible and food and drinks took forever. We were never even asked if we wanted another drink And the ribeye steak was very disappointing

    Only issue was we were ther with friends and split the bill the bill was $745 for four of us when the split came we each paid our half and looked at the bottom to see what the 20% was for tip. It said $132 us not realizing and doing the math both tipped $132 as per the receipt however $132 should have been the total tip if you’re going to split receipts, and my receipt comes with a dollar amount on it, your software should reflect the difference in percentages for tips. Yes it’s easy to figure out tips but we’re sitting having a few drinks. It came out and we just both filled it out as it was. It’s our fault for not checking, but it should not come out on the receipt that way.

    The food was great no issues The servers was great no issue I’m mad at myself I knew the bill was about 80 more than the purchase and just paid the 20% I always tip on top of that instead of questioning it I think there was a 20% tip added before I added mine and made it $360 No dessert one drink each. I’m as mad at myself also

    As always, the experience was great with the exception of my steak which was not as tender as I am accustomed to when dining at Ruth Chris. Tanner was our server and the professional manner in which he attended to us was second to none. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming.

    Very "rare" for Ruth's Chris, I'll admit... I ordered a cowboy ribeye done medium well and received a rare steak. Not a big deal, usually. I go to RC twice a year (Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve). I eat steak all over town and have had bad experiences with many of so called "high-end" restaurants screwing up my order. Normally, RC knocks every single steak out of the park. That's why I was slightly disappointed when my steak came out a bit less cooked than I ordered. In RC's defense, they sent out a hot plate (500 degrees) to rectify the situation. It helped a bit. Ultimately, I told my server that the steak was acceptable and ate it anyway. I'm only mentioning this here because I was shocked that things weren't 100 percent PERFECT with the order because they always have been before.

    Our meal here was uneven. The calamari was way too sweet. The steak was good but unattractively served. The cremini mushrooms were outstanding, perhaps one of the best things on the menu. My blackberry sidecar was also outstanding.

    Great service. Restaurant looked very nice and inviting. My husband and I shared a Tomahawk Steak, Au gratin potatoes and cremini mushrooms. We also shared the calamari appetizer. The portions were ample for us to share. The only thing we didn’t really care for was the Au Gratin potatoes. They seemed a little under cooked to our liking. Overall it was a great experience but a bit on the pricey side I’d say. It was our anniversary and we were greeted with cute happy anniversary sprinkles on the table.

    Had reservations for Ruth Chris restaurant in Myrtle Beach on Thanksgiving night. We arrived early and waited at the bar til our table was ready. Our waiter Austin was very knowledgeable of the menu. The restaurant was packed and the staff was hopping. I told advantage of the Turkey Dinner special which included choice of salads, oven roasted turkey with gravy, garlic mashed potatoes and pumpkin cheesecake with vanilla ice cream. My husband had the filet,steakhouse salad and asparagus. We shared a bottle of Frank Family Cabernet wine. All the food was great. Across the room a couple got engaged which those seated in the area clapped for the happy couple. Although the restaurant was busy, the food and service were great! Highly recommend for special occasions.

    We always love Ruths Chris… we went on a very crowded, busy day and they did great staying poised and the food was good… although the mashed potatoes weren’t hot and the front desk experience was frustrating. We waited 20 minutes to sit down.. even though our booth was ready. I had to end up asking two servers to please clean it. It didn’t seem like the front desk was talking to anyone in the dining room. They kept asking us our name… 4 women basically standing around… frustrating though understandable…but something was missing..the usual Ruths Chris service is five star. Anyway, we had a wonderful time. Food was good..wine was great. Thank you!

    Food was excellent as always. Service was great. The only issue we had was being seated. I had requested the table in front of the fireplace or close to that area as I always do. When they took us to be seated the hostess started to one of the back rooms. I told her of my request and she said nothing was available unless we wanted to wait longer. So, we went back to the bar to wait and 5 min. later a different hostess came and took us to the table we had requested. Two seconds later the first hostess came and said that was someone else’s table. I told her I had requested it at least a month ago. She said someone else had requested it and she move us to another table close by. We eat there quite often and I did not think it appropriate of the second hostess to ask us to move. I told her we had also and she could check our reservation to see the request.

    The turkey didn’t even look like turkey. Had skin and fatty looking “something”. Unable to eat. Food was not even warm. Would have done better at McDonalds. Not again!

    Had the turkey pre fix meal. I unfortunately my son got all the scraps of the turkey no white meat. The manager took only 15 dollars off the bill.

    We have been here before with no issues. However, this visit was a little disappointing. The food was average, service staff good but the table was small and the chairs horrible. The manager was notified and said they would do something about this.

    My 11 ounce fillet was fabulous. I liked my cream spinach the gumbo soup initially and the dessert was fine. My wife and mother-in-law however had the turkey and said it was quite dry in the thicker slices but OK in the thinner slices. The salad was good. The stuffing was delicious. The sweet potatoes were a little too sweet.

    Believe it or not, this was our first visit to Ruth's Chris. I must admit I was overwhelmed with the greetings and the thoughtful staff we had throughout our entire dining experience. We were celebrating our anniversary ( won't say how many ), but we were so impressed with the attentiveness of everyone. Our server was Phil whom was very knowledgeable of his menu, and being a true local South Carolinian, gave us an opprortunity to enjoy our State in conversation. Needless to say, the food is as advertized. Awesome and top quality meats and seafood. My wife started with a beautiful butternut squash soup and I had some beautiful scallops. We enjoyed the petite filet ordered rare and cooked to perfection. Believe me when I say the plates were hot !! We would definetly recommend the Myrtle Beach venue to anyone !!! Thank you so much for a memorable evening !!

    We ordered the steak, lobster, shrimp, scallops, sea bass, and lamb chops as entrees. For our sides, we had lyonnaise potatoes, lobster mac n cheese, Brussels Sprouts, and broccoli. We ordered pinot grigio, merlot, & jack/ginger. Everything was absolutely delicious! Still one of my favorite restaurants!
