The hostess forgot my boyfriend went to park the car and he waited at the front at 10min until he finally decided to locate me himself. He was disappointed the hostess didn’t sit him.

We enjoyed the Resturant Week special menu. The steaks were prepared perfectly, the sides nicely seasoned and perfectly pared with the entree. Our servers were knowledgeable, efficient, and the meal served piping hot!

We had a great experience at Ruth’s! The food was fantastic, our server, Saul, was superb and we were lucky enough to spend time with the awesome manager (Saturday night)! This was definitely a 5 star experience with great food, wonderful ambience and outstanding service! Thank you to all at Ruth’s for creating the perfect dining experience for us!

My wife and I had NY strips. Both were about 50% fat. The strips I buy at Costco are much better. The part that was edible tasted great though. My in laws had the filet mignon and they were perfect. So lesson learned. We'll go again but not for the strips.
We have the same high standards for all of our steaks, including the New York Strip, I want to apologize if you got less than our best on this visit as you and your wife should both be able to enjoy the perfect steak dinner. Very overpriced for the quality of food. You can't charge NY Steakhouse prices and serve mediocre food. The service and ambiance were very good.

Had to wait a very long time to get our food. The steak plates were cool when served in fact the butter on top of the steak was not melted. My NY strip was not good, my wife,s filet was excellent. Shoe string potatoes were room temperature. The server and other personnel were very nice and friendly.

We always have an excellent meal when we go to Ruth’s Chris. The food and service are top notch. Our server, Felipe, was very attentive.

Wonderful service. Very good food but I wouldn’t spend $60 on a steak if it weren’t because of a gift card. Would recommend to a friend! You can’t beat the service, it’s hard to find good service nowadays.

Service was excellent as well as the comfortable booth. Music was perfectly atmospheric and low enough for quiet conversation.
Lobster tail and Chilean Sea Bass outstanding and a pleasant surprise from a top steak house. Highly recommended!

The staff and everyone were extremely friendly! My only complaint was the tomahawk steak was not very good. My husband was disappointed, because he has been wanting one for ever. It was tough to cut when it should slice like butter. It won’t stop us from coming back we just won’t be ordering that again. Other than that, everything was amazing. Their staff is so friendly and caring.

I would have given 5 stars but somehow on Christmas Day they ran out of spinach,kale sides with no other vegetable option. Then we were told that the dessert was also not available. Poor planning fora busy day.

Much like you, we were astounded to have sold so many Prix Fix menu choices, Chef was preparing bread pudding throughout the day. Christmas Day dinner with friends. No waiting as we arrived on time for our reservation. Excellent service by Daniela and others. Daniel was very patient with us as we enjoyed a cocktail before ordering our food. All our meals were perfect. Delicious Cowboy ribeye for me.

Wife and I went for Xmas dinner and all we wanted was a Maine lobster just like we’ve had at Ruth’s Chris in Richmond, Va but this location had NO lobsters available!! So my wife ordered the appetizer crab cakes which were so saturated with butter that they were mushy and uneatable. The broiled Brussels sprouts suffered the same buttery fate. Also, the waiter should have lead his introduction with the fact that they did not have ANY Maine lobsters. What a disappointment for a Xmas meal. We will NEVER visit a Ruth’s Chris again!

My steak was burnt and the bread pudding was hard. The food is very expensive for what you get
