We had another fabulous experience at one of our favorite places! Staff were extra considerate and nice as they had rose pedals laid on our table for our Anniversary. We were greeted by one of the managers with a complimentary glass of champagne to begin our experience. Victoria was super attentive, accommodating and incredible as usual! We received a complimentary dessert for the occasion that really topped off the dinner! As always a pleasure to visit this fine establishment!

I ordered the Ravioli appetizer and Chicken Breast with fries for my main meal. Everything was delicious. My mom had lobster bisque soup and the shrimp dinner. She loved everything as well. The staff was friendly and very attentive. They constantly checked on us to see if we needed more bread, water, or soda. Neither of us ordered alcoholic drinks yesterday. I definitely recommend Ruth Chris for dinner if you are in the Wilkes Barre area.

One room was too cold with air blowing on me. Plus the table of about 6 or 8 men were very loud. Asked to be moved to a warmer area because I'm on blood thinners and always cold. The employee was extremely nice and said its was not a problem and moved us to another quiet and warmer room where we enjoyed our meal. Excellent service with both the meal and making us happy with the surroundings.

We showed up 2 hours early but where accommodated and seated within 5 minutes. Michael and the serving staff where friendly, attentive and plenty of them! Manager stopped by to ask how everything was and what was the occasion.... a collage graduate was being celebrated.... and was congratulated. Very nice experience. Thanks to all....

Stella our server last night was great! I tried the BBQ shrimp for the first time and it was amazing! The pomegranate martini was also very yummy! Super great experience :) The booth seating in the bar is a MUST, so comfy!

Service and atmosphere were wonderful however food was fair. I've been to Ruth's Chris numerous times this time I felt a rushed the lobster was way over done to the point of being rubbery almost like it was cooked prior and sitting for awhile, the baked potato was very small not like usual size, calamari app was very greasy. I'm not one to complain especially not at this restaurant but the food was not usually up to its standard especially for the amount you pay

We always go for Derby Day with friends. Food and service was outstanding as always. They even went out of their way to split our entrees! Steaks were perfectly prepared and so hot. Creamed Spinach is the best I’ve ever had. Everything was top notch and enjoyed by all.

We had the porterhouse steak for two, and there was a surprising amount of grizzle in the steak. The areas without the grizzle were delicious, but I would say a quarter of the porterhouse was inedible, the potatoes au gratin were so so.
