This was my first time eating at Ruth's Chris and I have to say I was blown away by the food the waitress we had was unbelievable. We were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and I would honestly say we will be celebrating many more to come there.
First Ruth's Chris I ever ate at was in Mobile, AL in 1996, It remains the go-to place for an elegant meal with great service.

I really can’t review this location. We’ve been eating at Ruth’s Chris for over 25 years at our local restaurant plus various cities when we travel. We were excited to eat at a new location but we were turned around at the door due to my torn jeans. Consistency would be nice.... we’ve eaten at Ruth’s Chris with semi formal attire, business casual & casual but it didn’t happen here in Mobile. Very disappointing.
Great service and food. The steaks tend to come out under your temperature selection but if you cut into your steak and use that hot plate to finish it off; it works out great! Service is impeccable!

The staff is 5 star ⭐️, the environment is 5 star ⭐️, and the food is great. The lamb chops and T-bone steak is my personal favorite.
Can’t beat the filet ! My husband & I were celebrating our 49th wedding anniversary so everything was wonderful unfortunately my husband ordered the halibut & wasn’t thrilled but why order fish at a steak house...

It was not as good as I’ve come to expect. But I feel you’ve have now reached te tipping point on pricing. There were two of us and we split a steak, an appetizer and had a couple drinks and only one side. It was $161.00 without tip.

The food was excellent and our steaks were as good as always expected. Except for our soup being cold, which they corrected, everything was up to their high standards. On the negative side was our seating arrangements. Even with late reservations for five of us for a special birthday celebration, they tried to seat us at a table suitable for 8 to 10 which caused considerable confusion even though we arrived an hour early to relax in the lounge, which had been turned into an extension of the dining room. This was not typical of this restaurant so I am sure there were some underlying circumstances. Nonetheless the food was great and we will continue to enjoy one of our favorite restaurants.

Our server was so great. Our needs were met before we had a need. Service is exceptional! Food is out standing! Everyone is so kind and respectful, goes out of their way to make sure everything is perfect.
Manager is rude and chophouse steak was literally brought out chopped into several pieces leaving it dry and tasteless. They take dress code super serious and threatened to not let our party of nine eat because one of my birthday party guests and a rip in her jeans. The manager made a huge production out of it. I was planning to have my wedding reception here but would never now. Do not go.
Excellent as always! We go once or twice a year just to keep it special. This isn’t the only Ruth’s Chris on the Gulf Coast but it is definitely our favorite!

We are Ruth's Chris aficionados and this location was not on par with Ruth's Chris standards; however, the exception was the service. The service was outstanding. There were 2-3 wait staff assigned to each table, which meant we wanted for nothing, but that is where it ended. The restaurant is housed in a historic mansion that smelled mildewy and old. The steaks are grilled instead of broiled, which changes the whole flavor profile--especially for someone who hates grilled meat. The meat also appeared to be lower quality. The 16oz ribeye was thin and dry. The signature desserts such as the bread pudding and cheesecake were either altered or prepared inadequately. It is understood this location is independent of the corporate locations, but the quality of the Ruth's Chris brand should still be upheld. Needless, to say, should we ever return to the area, this will not be our choice for dining.
