We were taken well care of by Hunter at our amazing dinner. We enjoyed everything this evening and absolutely love this place. You won’t be disappointed!!

Dined with a friend before picking up our wives at the airport. Service was excellent. After cocktails, We started with the West Indies Salad and a Caesar salad. The off menu West Indies salad was amazing! Tons of fresh delicious lump crab meat! .I had a fillet with a side baked potato and a side of mushrooms. My friend had the lamb chops. The fillet, while prepared medium was a little dry, which is unusual for Ruth's Chris. The lamb chops were very good. Suspect the fillet was allowed to '"rest" for too long resulting in it drying out a bit. Overall, an enjoyable meal. We will be back,

We were celebrating my mom’s 58th birthday. Upon entering the door the hostess were very warm and welcoming. However once we entered the dining hall headed to be seated, we were startled by loud screams and this lady wearing a blazer pointing aggressively to my sisters pants. Screaming “MAAM MAAM MAAM YOU CANT WEAR THOSE IN HERE THAT IS NOT ALLOWED DID THEY NOT GO OVER THE DRESSCODE POLICY WHEN YOU MADE THE RESERVATION” this again was in a very loud screaming aggressive tone all while pointing the entire time to my sisters pants. It was embarrassing and hateful. I do understand there is a dress code that is to be upheld however there’s a correct way to address anyone. My sister was frazzled and embarrassed to say the least. We did not say anything to the lady, my sis politely turned and walked out to go home to change. My other sister and I continued to our table our mom was ahead of us so she was seated and had no clue what happened. As we waited for my sister to return the lady whom was rude to my sister in her tone, brought us some complimentary crab claws as we waited for my sisters return. The gesture was appreciated but made for a very sour evening being talked to in that manner of something that could of been properly and more tastefully done. We tried our best to not let that moment ruin what we were there to celebrate. Which was my moms birthday. She’s worked as a single mom her entire life and we adore being able to treat her to new experiences any chance we get. Update: A manager for the Mobile location reached out to me by phone. He apologized for what happened, said we must have caught her off guard and they will work better as a team to do better. Is this an acceptable response?

The experience was truly regal. My thirteen-year-old son was particularly impressed by the large tomahawk bone he was able to take home. The memory will undoubtedly be cherished.

I took my husband for his birthday and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Out server and the Somalia where knowledgeable and attentive. We can highly recommend the lobster bisque, Veal Osso Bucco ravioli, and the spinach au gratin. My husband had a filet "Pittsburg rare" and it was cooked to perfection.
