The service and the food were both outstanding. Highly recommend it to clients and friends. In fact just raved about it to a colleague!
I was very shocked at the salt levels within every dish. Fillet streaks were overly salty to the point my tongue was numb for 2 days, mashed potatoes exhibited the same over saturated salt content. Although the fillets were perfectly cooked, the over applied salt made them tasteless as all I tasted was salt. I didn't mention anything at dinner time because I know they would have thrown the fillets away, and I don't agree with that. At their price point, they should have been seasoned properly, every time. You can always add more salt but you cannot take it away.
We were at this restaurant for New Years and it was great. This last visit was quite disappointing. We were seated in a very crowded section even though there was plenty of room in other less crowded sections.
New years eve, the food was excellent. This time, very mediocre. My rib eye was very very fatty. I do enjoy a little fat and usually leave nothing on the plate. My daughter ordered you large fillet medium rare and it was well don eon the outside and almost raw on the inside. She was too shy to complain and would not let me.
My other daughter ordered fries which were oily and soggy. We also ordered your calamari which should be served hot and crispy not almost raw and soggy. I eat out a lot for business and have always frequented the keg and chop steak house in your area. After New Years, I thought I| had found a nice alternative but now I don't think so.
First time to this new location and found it quite nice. Pricing continues to be high but excellent quality. Vince was best waiter EVER ! Special occasion dining for our family.
The reason that I said “no” is because I really prefer the Richmond location. Not sure if it is because the airport location just opened but I feel that the experience and atmosphere is better downtown. The food was still very good but I felt that the side dish portions are bigger downtown and in Mississauga. The seat that we had was right outside the washroom as well, so that may have taken away from the experience as well.
My date and I had a really good evening. Sitting beside the fireplace created the perfect ambience for our specific occasion. Our waiter was great.
The evening was great. The food was amazing and the staff was awesome. We will have to do it again.

Enjoyed Ruths Chris in many other locations but this place was the pits.
I would not recommend it all to anyone.
Avoid this location.
Go elsewhere for sure and save your money.

We were staying at the Holiday Inn before an early flight out in the morning. It was Valentines Day. We had been travelling for quite a while and well, were a little under dressed for the restaurant. However, we were treated royally. The food was amazing, the steak my husband ordered was excellent and I opted for the salmon. Both were perfectly cooked and the sides, creamed spinach and scalloped potatoes were divine. The service was fantastic as they used a team method that ensured everything we received was at the perfect temperature and we never wondering when the next item would arrive. Even though the service was attentive, you never felt your dinner was being interrupted. All in all an excellent meal.
I brought my boyfriend because I had such a fantastic experience at the downtown location under Hilton. My sister in law gave us a 100$ give card (thank god) so I was excited to bring him for a special dinner. Let’s just say.....service was mediocre....food came out slow...I ordered crab cakes to start ; they were bland n oily....it would be better off if it was tuna. Mind u we waited 40 mins for the appetizer. I had a filet and he ordered lamb chop, both medium rare. My poor guy had raw lamb we had to send it back. My filet was good but we ended up sharing so by the time we got the lamb we were full and took it to go. Oh we also got a baked potatoe and it was excellent! Anyhooo overrated. If your by the airport just go to the keg!!!!! Sorry but not sorry 😐
I don’t usually post reviews, but decided I would this time. Upon arrival and all through our evening the staff were all Very friendly and accommodating.. the Tables are not near as crowded as they were in previous location. Our original order for a bottle of wine they didn’t have in stock, our second choice was also out of stock and our final request was for Masi amarone, they brought MASI Borolo ... Our apps were; tomato with fresh cheese... nothing special about it, and mushrooms stuffed with crab... ? stuffed with mostly bread, barely crab worth mentioning. Our main was broiled salmon... the first thing we both commented on was that it was the “tail” cut end, and not a nice thick centre cut... it was perfectly cooked and with just the right amount of seasoning ...we ordered asparagus as our side also quite very interesting... what was supposed to be hollandaise sauce was in fact pastry cream...! It was obviously a mistake that our waiter attested to after we made him taste it. He returned from the kitchen with another bowl of the same thing ! Saying that’s how it is and so also brought bearnaise sauce just in case we’d prefer it. . Clearly no one in the kitchen knows that a sweet sauce is never served with vegetables or with fish. We felt sorry for our server as he was obviously not taken seriously in the kitchen.

Great Service and food was amazing. Not too loud. fun bar area if you have to wait for your table and a great wine selection. Well done!
