    Service was great, had to remind the server to bring out pepper to add to the steak as you normally would see at a steakhouse like Zorros or La Castile. Had to ask for condiments, my filet was bland but I seasoned it myself. Parking was to be redeemed, server took the tickets and returned them. We exited the parking lot and the ticket was not honoured and had to pay an additional $15 per vehicle, we approached the manager Ian and said that they ticket did not work he said we have to call the parking lot supervisor. I said we just spent under $600 dollars and all you can say is too bad and take it up with the parking lot supervisor. Even the hostess was mortified in his response. I build 1000’s of homes a year and if that was my response I would be out of business. Last time I will be visiting them, I will stick to my once a week at Zorros and La Castile or even Chucks. Spend $600 and you get so what, what you spent there’s nothing I can do so deal with it. In addition saying I’m using the machine wrong, wow like it’s my first parking lot that I have visited. What a joke and clueless individual. Get better acknowledgement and compassion from a McDonalds manager.

    We had a reservation for 8 pm, we got there and were told they are fully booked but won't be long, we were seated at 8.45pm, we were told it's a no hat policy yet every other person in the resteraunt were wearing some sort of hat or cap. We received pur appetizers at 9.50 pm and dinner at 1045pm. This was a very poor experience.

    Everything was perfect for one little thing that our server fixed. We are a family of four and was seated in the dinning room next to a large group that was very vocal/noisy. I asked to be seated somewhere less noisy .. and we were given just that which was greatly appreciated. All our food was done perfectly.. no complaints 10/10.

    Just a bad night for all concerned at restaurant. Server lost balance and food slid from plate to friends lap. Sweater needs dry cleaning. They said to send bill. I had 2 filets. One steak very tough. Took back. Took that one home. Vegie side dishes not good. Veggies way undercooked. Caesar salad made with tough bitter outer leaves. Simply awful. They took off my bill, my Diet Pepsi. Wow. Refill never came. Friend had her meal off her bill. Best item of the night were the buns. Servers Talked but could not understand anything. A complete ruined meal. Won’t go back. All 3 meals should have been off our bills. Even spoke to manager. Not acceptable at all.

    Too expensive for the quality. Server was rushing us when I was asking questions. Was not impressed to spend all that money for a meal like that. Disappointed

    Great experience: seated in the perfect corner table in the dining room. Service was great. Steaks were terrific. We all had a great time.

    Our group of 7 had reservation at 6:15pm, ordered at 7:20pm, they forgot some of our appetizers, and didn’t get our food until 8:15pm. Slow service, steak had cold spots (too hungry to send back), and overall experience was underwhelming. I had to chase down the waiter and the GM for updates on our order. Don’t recommend.

    Service was slow. Been there plenty of times and the last few times our normal server was gone and new staff isn’t aware of the bar tables and what they need. Very slow

    Thanks so much to Ian and Staff for making my night great at Ruth’s Chris . I come here for milestones and birthdays and had a previous experience that wasn’t up to par . After speaking with GM Ian he invited me back to make things right and he went above and beyond . Food and drinks were immaculate . Thanks again !

    Sincerely appreciated the ability to reconnect with friends in the quiet and paced dinner environment at Ruth's Chris. Our table had space for private conversation. Our wait staff was considerate not to over-interrupt. Every bite of food was well prepared. I'll be back

    Offered a secluded table near the washrooms. Upholstery was cracked but otherwise things were nice. Service was pleasant but everything seemed to come all at once. Salads were good as was the osso bucco ravioli. Strip loin was over cooked and if that was Prime, I’m a horse. Tasted ok but wasn’t Prime. Given what we paid ($27 for a 9 oz glass of wine, really!?!?) this was not worth it. Anyone can make a steak so probably best to find someone that can do it for considerably less.

    Food was good but the server wasn’t super attentive. He came a lot in the beginning but we ran out of water and he never asked to refill it. Also, we came to celebrate a bday and saw other tables get free cake slice but we had our server drop off the dessert menu, knowing we were celebrating a bday. Then as we were paying he asked if we wanted to take a slice of cake home. It felt like he wasn’t really paying attention to our needs, or didn’t really care to make our experience great. For a restaurant where we spend $300+ those details matter.

    Our Ribeye was perfectly medium and flavorful following their truly unique cooking process. The waitress was practically a Sommelier based on her wine recommendations matching our preferences.

    We had an 80th birthday dinner for my father and step-mother here and it was perfect - the setting was beautiful (including that they sprinkled the table with confetti / happy birthday messages), the service (from David) was stellar and the food was delicious and plentiful. I would not hesitate to go back or recommend RC to anyone looking for a place to celebrate a special event.

    The calamari was super salty. We couldn’t eat it. They happily replaced it, but regardless, it wasn’t very good. We were in a booth closer to the washrooms. The air quality was terrible. It was stuffy and my partner actually started to feel sick. I think there’s a problem with the circulation in this restaurant. When you open the front door, you can barely open it due to the suction. It’s been this way for a long time. I’ve been going here periodically for years. I don’t understand the problem I think they seriously need to, check it out and in fact, I think it inspector should be checking out the air quality in this Ruth’s Chris restaurant

    Quite honestly, I thought our experience at Ruth Chris would have been phenomenal but unfortunately it was not. Going to a fine dining steak house, I expected the ambiance to be quiet and romantic with a mature clientele. Unfortunately this was not the case. I did not expect our date night evening to be disrupted by very young children dining with their families. I can appreciate people who want to go out for dinner with their families but perhaps offering a dedicated section of the restaurant for this? This may seem harsh however it is not everyday that most of us can afford a fine dining experience and I was disappointed that we couldn't get the experience we were looking for.

    We enjoyed our meal experience from start to finish. Great Niagara wine, delicious shrimp and steak . Even our vegetarian guest found some great options. Cheesecake and cappucino outstanding !! We will be back for more. Thank you

    Other than a little trouble getting parked, everything was done very well. Absolutely no complaints on food, staff, seating. Will definitely be back, and the anniversary dessert at the end was unexpected and totally appreciated.
