I feel pampered by the wait staff seeing to my every possible need. They are very friendly and knowledgeable about the food. The entrees and sides are excellent. Delicious creme brûlée.

Always consistent preparation of the steaks here. They do enhance with salt and butter, and they tell you that, so be aware - I'd say on the verge of being a bit too salty. I'd like to see them have more affordable bottles of wine. Specialty cocktails selection was very good. Service has always been knowledgeable and friendly.

Our original reservation was for four, but we had two more join us and Ruth Chris was very accommodating. With a phone call, they were able to add the two others on a Friday night during Restaurant Week.

This was our first time there. It was excellent. Great service, friendly. I feel the prices were high but the quality was the best we ever had. I would go there for special ocassions.

All the way in order to my steak medium rare but the time they put it on the sizzling platter and I cut into it it was medium to medium well. I wonder they should factor that in when you order your doneness

We were chagrined to have to wait for an 8 PM table until 8:30 despite a reservation. We were not offered an apology by the people at the reservation desk. Given that it was Christmas Eve and we had to wait, a drink, or an amuse bouche, or even an apology would have seemed appropriate for what turned out to an expensive (as expected) meal..

Overall a great meal. The food was delicious. Great entrees and sides. Several of us had the filet and lobster tails. My son had the Lamp Chops. All were very tasty. Couple disappointments- waitress brought the wrong cocktail to my daughter - she drank it bc it was sometime before our waitress returned. When I told our waitress about it she just said “oh did you enjoy it though”. No offer to make it right, my daughter ordered another drink - this time the correct one was delivered. Basically we paid for a cocktail we didnt order- I didn’t want to put a damper on our holiday meal so I didn’t say anything more. Our after dinner coffee drink said it was topped with whip cream and chocolate. The drink came with neither. I’m sure the bartenders were busy but we were disappointed again in our drinks. I just think if you’re going to pay a premium price for cocktails they should be what you ordered as noted on the menu.

2 guys wearing trucker caps seated in everyone’s view - ruined the speak experience.

For our table of six - one steak was sent back once since it wasn't done enough and another steak was sent back twice - once for overcooked and once for undercooked. The last time it came was overcooked again but ate it anyway. The waitress was great and we were seen by a manager twice regarding the steaks. Was unfortunate that it couldn't be done right.

Then upon leaving couldn't find one person's jacket (took 10 minutes) to find it even with guest having to go into coat room to assist in search for jacket which employee finally found.

Overall disappointed!

The food and service were excellent. Including tip the cost was $200 for me and my wife. It has to be a special occasion for us to spend that kind of money for a meal.
