Someone had given us a $50 gift card as a gift, even though there were no dates on the card, the manager said, according to the fine print, that the card had expired. It wasn't about the money, our bill for 3 people and 1 bottle of wine was $300. Not happy.

Nice bar atmosphere, well-made drink. Food was perfectly cooked and service was excellent

The food was not up to the caliber that I usually have had st Ruth Chris. We had the porterhouse for 2 medium rare. The strip sideways so tough no one could chew it and the filet side was better but cooked less than rare. And it was $99.

The veal ravioli were amazing. The lobster tail appetizer was messy and ok. We had a 4:45 reservation made on open table. But they didn’t seat us until well after 5 as they weren’t ready. And the dining room was empty.

It was adequate, nothing special for the money. The crab cakes were very good. The sea bass was a little too fishy. I have had better. Happy hour menu looks good and reasonable.

As always the food was outstanding. Great piece of steak and wonderful sides and deserts. Lots of attention to detail and the wait staff is always very attentive

Everything was excellent. Very pleased. Salad, steak, spinach, broccoli and desserts and drinks were just as expected and always are.

Reservations at 6:15pm and needed to wait over 35 minutes, manager never came to apologize or offer a drink at the bar as they try to get our table ready. Party of 4 came in 20 minutes after us and we’re seated immediately, really bad start to our dinner. Server was good.

Celebrating our 40th anniversary. Eight of us dining. The evening could not have been more perfect. Everyone's steak was cooked to perfection. We have been here for numerous occasions and have not had one bad experience. The servers and staff are spot on. The manager makes their way throughout evening checking to see if everything is ok. Nice touch !!

Everything was great with the exception of my steak which I ordered medium coming out well done. By the time the new steak came out everyone else at the table was finished their meal and I had pretty much filled up over eating their sides while i waited for my meal. The waiter was very apologetic and asked his manager to bring out my steak. She made no mention of any problem even though all other plates had been cleared from the table and seemed annoyed to be running food to a table .

ROSS was the most polite and friendly waitstaff. He was smart and attentive. Hope he continues to serve because we will return because of Him!!!! Good luck to you Ross.

The dining room is perfectly lit. Ann Marie and Ross were expert in their service. But the food is best described as "Chain" food. The steaks were mediocre, the creamed spinach was as well. The crab cakes were pasty and mostly bread crumbs and filler, and, had my 88 year old mother who ordered them had asked me to try them earlier during the meal, they would have gone back. She didn't want to wait for something different. The Apple dessert and the cheesecake were not made by any pastry chef. In fact. I would suggest that the food preparers are all just cooks, not chefs. The wine is marked up more than 3 times retail and that is a sign of a restaurant lacking distinction. It doesn't compare to any top one hundred rated restaurants in NOLA and its surrounding area. Bistro Daisy prepares and presents much better steaks and seafood, desserts and all food all around. The whole meal is best described as mediocre or bad.

Steak and lobster were cooked to perfection! The bread was crusty on the outside and soft in the middle. I loved the chocolate mousse dessert. The food was outstanding, but our waitress was very mediocre. We had to keep looking around for her. She brought one dinner salad instead of two. We finally had to ask a manager to please get it because we couldn't find her. The bus person was better than the waitress. She was very polite and professional and came around a few times to check on us, but it was usually not at the time we needed something. We love Ruth Chris and will continue going and just hope for a different server next time. We have gotten exceptional service on many prior visits. Great restaurant and nice management.

Staff very professional! Food point on. My ribeye & wife’s filet cooked to perfection. Ordered porcini mushrooms and requested sautéed in EVO instead of butter , no problem. Very accommodating. Mark in bar makes awesome Lemon Drop tini
