    Upon arrival, our table was set for 4 instead of 2. Requested no wine glasses, they had wine glasses on table. Didn't care for the lobster bisque, but steaks were cooked to perfection!

    The food was phenomenal! The service was slow. The waiter apologized for our wait and comped us a glass of champagne. This was definitely not the Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse we know and love.

    We were very disappointed in the service. I did not get what I ordered but the waiter never came back to check on us. Our drinks were wrong and the waiter never came to take a second drink order.

    Our server wasn’t pleasant. Pretty much aggravated when we asked questions. Waited to get refills of water. Plates sat on table for a long time. One steak was under cooked and took too long to come back out. Everyone else was finished eating. Manager tried to help. The gluten free person received croutons on her salad, so she canceled the salad because she couldn’t trust it not being cross contaminated. Coffee came out in cups with no saucers. Manager said she would comp deserts, but we had desert with the 3 course meal. Not an enjoyable experience for a Birthday, 2 Graduations and a cadet going off to sea for 100 days.

    The service and food was good, the value you get for your money has gotten poor. The pricing and portion or size of the meals are not equal to the amount of money that you pay for the food. Shrinking the portions, and raising the prices is not a great way to service your customers.

    Stay with the steak options. Seafood is very average to poor. Sides were average at best and undercooked. Service was very good. Unfortunately, the table next to us could not keep from saying the F word over and over again throughout our entire meal. Overall a very forgettable experience.

    I didn't realize when I made the reservation there would be graduation parties at the same time. So the service was a little slow and my wife wasn't totally pleased with the quality of meat of the petit fillet.

    Lobster bisque was cold. Steak was very good as well as potato. Service was great but it was packed and too many tables on top of one another. This isn’t supposed to be Texas Roadhouse

    Our server Martha was wonderful! The food was good, just had a lot of pepper. I normally add salt & pepper to my dishes & this almost had too much. While a good time, there are better local Steakhouse in town for about the same price.

    Waiters did not come around and clean off the bread crumes like they did in the past. I believe they let the plates stack up more then usual. The food was good.

    Our waitress was very attentive. We were celebrating our anniversary. The hostess greeted us with a happy anniversary as well as our waitress. Rose petals and little hearts were added to the table for a nice little touch. All of the food was perfect and we were treated to dessert for celebrating our anniversary.

    Meal was phenomenal as was the service. We had the porterhouse for two, Brussel sprouts , Au Gratin potatoes, blue cheese wedge and steakhouse salad.

    Excellent as usual! My husband and I celebrated a friend’s retirement along with his wife and enjoyed every minute of it. Food, drinks and service were great.That’s why we return any we have special occasions to celebrate!

    Very disappointed with the food. The fish was tasteless and the filet not cooked as requested. Expected a high oriced meals as we’ve dined there previously but even considering inflation the mess was extremely overpriced

    This is our usual go-to place for celebrating special events and having date nights. This time must have been a fluke. Service was slow, drinks weren’t brought and refills not kept up with. Our order was incorrect and we didn’t receive several side dishes we ordered until after most of us were half way through our entrees. Several entrees came out and were not to our specified order. While we still enjoyed our celebration, it put a damper on it due to constantly asking for mistakes to be corrected. And I might add that it wasn’t a busy night. There were many open tables. Truly must have been a fluke.

    With it being Mother’s Day, we were prepared to wait. However, Joe and the wait staff made the event memorable. Our waiter Chris was attentive and the food was delicious. Thank you for making yet another Mother’s Day special.

    Especially for the cost, Ruth’s Chris in Metairie, Louisiana was a huge disappointment. Service was slow and there were several mistakes made by the staff. When they were brought to their attention, it was always an extended wait to get them fixed. The filet mignonette was meh, and the lobster was cold when it arrived, as if it had been sitting for some time before it got to the table. Cocktails were what I would expect from a dive bar. Overall, the staff seemed disorganized and did not go out of their way to cater to the guests. Better food and service can definitely be had at less than have the cost.

    I ordered the 16oz New York Strip with garlic mash potatoes. My Wife ordered the 16oz Ribeye with a Ceasar Salad. My mom order the Garlic Crusted Sea Bass. The appetizer was Spicy Shrimp. The Waitress attentive to every need & the Mother's Day Brunch Special was perfect. I recommend Ruth Chris for anything special occasion.

    Not what it used to be. Filet was fatty and cooked wrong, Caesar salad was dry and had a large hunk (the hard piece at the end) of Romaine in it. Like everything, prices have continually increased but quality has declined. We'll pass next time.
