    Chris our server was awesome!! Even though he was in training- he was personable and friendly and put a smile on my face sharing his food experiences - The area GM - Kevin was awesome, there was an issue in the kitchen, he informed us about it and worked through as if it never existed 😍

    Our experience was the best. From the time we walked in until the time we left everything was perfect. The food was cooked to perfection and our server, Sonia, was incredible! Her knowledge of the food was impressive and attention to detail was above our expectation. We listed Sonia as our preferred server for future occasions. Well done Ruth Chris!!

    Made reservations for bar area thinking to get a booth but where we first sat was terrible. Tiny booth right next to revolving kitchen door!!!!! Tony the manager quickly got us another booth in the dining room. So expertly managed and so courteous. Thanks to him our evening was very enjoyable.

    We got our table ok, but our usual server was not there, (which is Sonya) we had to wait 15 minutes to give our drink order to the server, we then had to wait again to order our appetizers. After we rec'd our appetizers, we ordered dinner which took longer than usual. The food was fine not as much attention to detail. My husband said it would be the last time we went there. Our bill was 419.00 I only gave a good tip to the server because I am used to Sonya, and we always give her 40 to 60%.

    We had reservations and were seated promptly. The server was excellent. I wished our table wasn’t out in the middle of the floor and up against a pole but it was ok. The food was excellent and cooked to perfection. The waiter suggested a wine for me and it was excellent. If I could afford to go back I would. It is expensive.

    I reserved dinner for my anniversary and this was hands down the worst upscale dining experience I have ever had. Reservation for 8:30pm was seated at 8:56pm and this would have been fine had there not been 3-4 hostesses carrying on a full conversation at the hostess booth never attempting to help clean tables but the manager did. The food was good and the service was just ok. My hubby and I have vowed to not go back. The place has REALLY gone down and the type of customers has changed tremendously...really loud and rowdy. I almost felt unsafe...especially with it being Memphis.

    We have eaten at this location numerous times. However this time, even though I had a reservation we had to wait about 10 minutes for a table and the tables were so overbooked that you’re literally sitting right next to other people. I do not expect this at a high-end steak restaurant when I’m spending several hundred dollars on food and drink. They explained to me that it’s because it’s the holiday season so I guess if you want a quiet, peaceful, enjoyable, and relaxing dinner during the holiday season, don’t go to Ruth Chris. And Service was also compromised because the servers have more tables then they can handle appropriately.

    My server basically forgot us. We arrived where greeted brought water to drink. Then he took our drink order and didn’t come back for 35 minutes. Then we reminded him that we still haven’t gotten our drinks we ordered. He said they should be sitting at the bar waiting Waited another 10 minutes then when we asked him where are the drinks he said he forgot to press send and that we should have reminded his so after about an hour we finally where able to receive our drinks and then order our food. We then got cheesecake for dessert and asked for a coffee. When he brought out the cheesecake I asked did you forget the coffee we wanted it with the cheesecake. He admitted to me that he had forgotten it. Andrew was the most unprofessional server I have ever dealt with. My wife and myself did not enjoy our anniversary dinner and I don’t think we will continue our yearly celebration here anymore

    The studded chicken and Filet Mignon are always delicious. The sweet potatoes caamsserole is not your traditional sweet potatoes. I get angry when someone asks Mr to share. LOL
