My well done steak was cooked to perfection and the flavor was amazing. The sides are plenty big enough to share and our party of 5 shared 4 of them and brought leftovers home. The food, service and ambiance were great although the ladies room could have used some attention. Overall great dining experience.

I have visited this Ruth's Chris location over 200 times for the past 15-20 years. This is the second consecutive time I have arrived for lunch with a hostess and manager asking if this is our first visit to the restaurant and then acting as if it's an ordeal to sit in a booth when it is not only on my profile but only 2 other tables seated in the entire restaurant. It is frankly embarrassing to guests and as a restaurant. The front staff really should read notes and know your customer. Otherwise, the food was outstanding and the server Emma was great which made a great meal. We will miss the lunch but look forward to more familiar faces in the evening!

To be clear, as a frequent patron of the Ruth Chris franchise nationwide. My dining experience over the years has not only been one of the best, but outstanding to say the least, except for this Memphis location. It was the worst Ruth Chris meal ever in my lifetime. Period!

Everything was great, especially our server Raymond. The only negative was sitting next to a large table with an unruly child that was screaming and running around. The parents didn’t even try to control the child at all and didn’t care that he was bothering others. We were celebrating my husbands birthday and really wanted to have a nice romantic dinner. But that was not possible with the kid practically running into our table. Many restaurants have put into place separate spaces for families with small children. Or limiting the age of kids allowed. It’s something that I think should be considered. Our bill for the two of us came to almost $400. To spend that much we should expect a great experience.

We had an amazing experience last night. The food was incredible and our waiter, Paul was the best. From the appetizer to the main course and finishing off the night with dessert, everything was perfect. We will definitely be back.

I did not appreciate the manager, and how he spoke with us at the table. I’ll just leave that there. No problems up until that point not the food out of the service nothing. Know your guests. What you did was not OK.

The wait time on the food and each part of the meal and payment took much longer than it should have for a light crowd and party of 2. We love the food but didn’t expect to be that the restaurant for 1.5 hours with alot being a wait time.

My wife and I have been enjoying Ruth Chris for our anniversary celebration for several years now and this one was for our 37th. Our server was Dave who we have had before and he was great! They always treat us like we are special, the tables are always lined with rose petals and a happy anniversary card on the table. The food was delicious and perfectly cooked. always a great place to go!

That was the best food my wife and I have ever eaten. Cory was a magnificent server and gave us excellent service and even helped us out considering it was our first time there. We had the 40oz porterhouse for two. Whoever cooked it made it perfectly for us and should be given a raise. We will definitely come back. Also it was our anniversary and it was more perfect than we could’ve asked for with the rose petals on the table and the card for us. Also a complimentary picture was the perfect final touch.
