   Outstanding meal. My filet was superb. Was asked if bar seating would be OK and we agreed. Turned out to be a mistake with lots of traffic and noise.

   Our meal was fantastic, the food was and is always delicious and amazing. The service was ok. Our server just seemed confused and lost. She kept forgetting things and wondering around. Our drinks at one point sat on a hutch for a while before she realized that she hadn’t delivered them to us. Her table behind us told her that her hair went into their drinks. So all in all it was good just not the best experience we have had in the past.

   I had a great experience celebrating my birthday. There were some snafus with our food and the manager quickly bought other items while we waited on steak to be fixed.

   For a pricey fine dining restaurant, it wasn’t quite what I expected. I was surprised that the food wasn’t amazing! I ordered my steak medium, and it came well done. The Brussel sprouts were bland and tasteless. The potatoes au gratin were also bland, but better once I added salt and pepper. The sweet potatoes were delicious, and the Mac and cheese were too, but the lobster on top was rubbery. The server was excellent and we left her a big tip….but the food was surprisingly mediocre. Kinda disappointed, but I might consider returning to see if it was just a bad day.

   The food was excellent; the waiter was really nice and apologetic! The wait was long - there was evidently real issues in the kitchen. We waited for our food ( except the salad, drinks, and bread) for over a hour. I felt for those who had children and were obviously celebrating a special occasion. Felt for those who were charged with serving us because it was obviously not their fault. But the food when it did come - was excellent.

   Great experience for my grandson’s birthday and him and his fiancé were experiencing it for the first time so glad it was an enjoyable wife everyone

   The Steak was good cooked medium rare. Lobster bisque was not good as the lobster was over cooked and tasted like rubber. Crème brûlée was the best thing we ate

   Absolute horrible customer service and poor staff communication. Waited to be sat then sat in the bar area where it was extremely loud. Definitely not the atmosphere you would expect for a fine dining restaurant. Both steaks were overcooked and we were afraid to send them back since everything was taking so long.

   We always enjoy it. Good food. Good ambiance. Chelsea did a really good job.

    this was our second visit in a couple of months. first visit a gnat was in my husband's beer. second beer, also. compensated for problem. most recent visit, we had to return steaks twice, still not correct, sent back . in all 5 steaks still not to taste. we also received sides we did not order. it was my birthday celebration as was the gnat episode was my husband's birthday celebration. we were treated most graciously in both cases, but it makes you think about returning. this was, at one time; the place for fine dining. the staff was wonderful to us.
