   Food and service were great. Place needs cleaned. Where we sat beside a door had what looked to be food and wine splattered all over it. Also the female bathroom was not very clean.

   Our dinner to celebrate my husband’s birthday was wonderful. K’VON was our server and he was great! His attention to detail, friendliness, knowledge and hospitality was top notch. The environment was perfect for our family and the food was great! The Eastside Manhattan drink is my personal favorite and my husband raves about their Mules!

    We have visited this restaurant on several special occasions and have always had great meals. Duke, our server, took excellent care of us and went beyond what he needed to do for us. The food is always top notch and is always prepared to order. The restaurant is pricer than our usual budget, but that ismt to say the food isnt worth the price. Its just to say we can afford to eat there more than we do. We will absolutely keep coming back to this location for its drinks, food, and overall service.

    Enjoyed a wonderful meal of fillet,baked potato, & steamed broccoli. Also, had the wedge salad. The meat was cooked to perfection! I took the bread pudding with whiskey sauce home, & ate it later! Fantastic!!! Rebecca was so efficient and very nice! Thank you!

    Good dinner at a place we have always enjoyed. BUT presentation of food was not up to what we have gotten used to there. We’re disappointed w the size of the baked potato and the watery consistency of the creamed spinach. Great steak and great deserts! And equally as good was the level of service. Thx to the wait staff! Was very loud but quieted down somewhat to a normal decibel level when a big group left.

    We had dinner reservations for 8:00- got there at 7:45 and did not get seated until 8:15. Took some time for server to get to our table once seated but after that service was pretty quick. It seemed pretty loud in there this time and it was hard to hear each other from across the table. We ordered medium ribeyes and couldn’t eat majority of the steaks because they were SO fatty - one of the worst steaks I’ve had. Au gratin potatoes were OK, Mac and cheese was subpar.. the only thing I really liked was the steak side salad and the creme brûlée. I guess I just expect more for a $250 meal..

    You get what you pay for and this place is worth every penny. The food was AMAZING! I have never had a better filet in my entire life! If you ever have the opportunity to eat here, do it, you will not be disappointed.

    Took 15 minutes for a waitress to come over after we were seated. The initial greet was "what can I get you". Very unprofessional for the amount of money you spend. Will not return. The steak was great. The sides were not.

    Food was great and waitress service was wonderful as well. I was however a bit disappointed with management after an accidental incident occurred. A waitress delivering water to another table tripped and dropped the tray with the water. Ice water went all on my left side soaking my clothes and the seat I was in. Management came and apologized and we didn’t make a big deal about it. Accidents happen and it was not anything wrong with the lady’s actions. But for something that important I would think management t would do a little more than just apologize. There was no offer of compensated entree, appetizer, dessert, or anything. No additional gesture was made to make amends other than a vocal apology. While that is fine, and I wasn’t looking for anything, I would think a business the size and class of Ruth’s Chris would offer more.

    The atmosphere, service and food was incredible. We visited on our Anniversary and they did a fantastic job to make our experience enjoyable. We will be back and will ask for Brandon to work our table, he was great!

    Ruth Chris on Dutchman's Lane is beautiful. It is great place. It is one of my favorite restaurants in the world. Rebecca was a fabulous waitress. She answered all our requests. The steaks are always cooked to perfection. The 500 degree plates, smothered in butter, keep the steak warm. The chocolate sin cake is the perfect desert. There is an extensive wine list. And follow my particular request for my Manhattan.

    Table service, excellent. Front desk service, very rude. Steaks tasty, but quite chewy for prime beef, creamed spinach was soup-like, mushrooms were excellent. Wine selection limited and overpriced. Not a good value, cannot recommend.

    Four people at the table, three of us had petite fillets. Two of the three had so much fat they might as well have been ribeyes. The quality of food has gonw down the drain.

    Excellent service and atmosphere. The only thing I would change is to be able to have an option to make the selection for the dessert as neither one of us like cheesecake and that was the dessert for the birthday celebration.

    Enjoyable a experience. Our server was great! Only down side was that one of the steaks had to be sent back for being over cooked, then under cooked. By the time it came out perfect, all the other food on the table was good. Unfortunate but everything tasted good! We won’t let one average experience deter us from going back.
