Service is impeccable, very good wine list, food menu good selection that should accomodate anyone's taste.

Great food. Was very quick!
The food was delicious and such a spectacular view from the rooftop but our food server Christopher made our evening complete. We were celebrating my husband‘s birthday. Christopher went out of his way to make us feel special and make sure that everything was just perfect. He was attentive and his charismatic personality really set the tone for an amazing evening together. We will definitely come back and see him!!

Food is always amazing. The whole staff is absolutely phenomenal. Our waitress Rebecca has done an amazing job every time we have been there.
Outstanding! I would highly recommend this restaurant.
We were seated and got the bread and had to ask for water. Our table was Wobbley, my husband finally put a spoon under it to help level. I asked if they had sweet tea, server said yes and brought me unsweet tea and a cup on simple syrup to sweeten myself. I wanted sweet tea already made to be sweet. If the server would have said no we have unsweet tea and bring you simple syrup I would have ordered a coke. I ordered my filet well done and it was very pink on the inside. My son ordered his medium well and it was bleeding and he had to cut around the raw part. Server never asked if our steaks were cooked to our liking. We were sitting directly under a ceiling vent and my kids asked if they could go wait in the car after they ate because they were freezing. We also had to ask for salt and pepper and A1. The restaurant seems very out dated and old. For the price you pay, I was expecting luxury. We will go to Jeff Ruby’s next time for sure
Easter. Everything was great. Good recommendations by staff. I did miss the special had past years on Easter. The filet and lobster.

It was my nieces sweet 16 dinner and we had two separate waiters/waitress one had the majority he was AWESOME! And then we had one that had 3 of us .the waitesss didn’t get 3 of our orders out until the others in our party was half way through dinner. And my lamb chop was rare when I asked for well done . I wasn’t happy. I’ve never experienced this there befor. But the manager took care of it the best he could and I appreciated that a lot..

Ruth’s Chris has always meets expectations. 2 Steaks were unevenly cooked. The replacements were under cooked. Waiter did what he could to make things right, but the manager seemed like he could have cared less. It was a big disappointment.

Service was not at all what I
Would call service. We had to constantly flag down our server and had to wait an extremely long time for anything. My filet had some fat in it as well; but she never stopped by to ask how our meal was after bringing it🤷♀️

We love the steaks at Ruth Chris. We were just there last Friday and had a fantastic steak! Went again last night and we had to send my husband's steak back. He asked for medium rare and it was way too rare. When it came back it was more than medium. We didn't complain a second time. Disappointing, but won't stop us from coming back. Our server was very friendly but was a little backed up on cocktails and filling our waters. Sides are just okay.
The serer David was very good. The food was great. Enjoyed the entire event.

This was a notch above a standard casual restaurant. I remember when RC was somewhere that was fancy, nice, a treat. I don't think this qualifies with the half page wine list
Food was cold and over cooked. Decor was dated and carpet was ripped and stained. The dining room was cold which made us uncomfortable. We’ve been visiting the Louisville location of Ruth’s Chris for several years and have never been this disappointed. There are certain expectations when you spend $100+ per person. The next day we spent $70 total for a dinner for three at a local restaurant and the food was much better than the food we received at RC. We will not be returning.
