Celebrated our wedding anniversary. We were seated in one of the cubbies which allowed for a more romantic setting. The food was AMAZING as usual! The service was exceptional, just like every time we dine here! I have not one bad thing to say about this phenomenal restaurant!

Unfortunately as my first experience I was not impressed. The food was good and had a lovely presentation. Unfortunately the service was less than. Our server forgot to fire our entrees and pretended to have remembered. This became obvious when the family of four who at about 15 minutes after us received their entrees and as someone who works in fine dining I know the look. She didn't seem to have much responsibility but still some how couldn't keep up with our two top which literally asked for nothing but allery info that we never received. I would say for the price and even less there are other restaurants to spend your money at.

Caesar and all waitstaff were great. Food was as always Superior.

Over all a very good enjoyable experience. The food was very good and well prepared. May and Emmanuel were very attentive to all of our needs. The only issue was the normal drink I always order was not available. This would have made the experience better as I was looking forward to that cocktail.

We had not been to Ruth's Chris for some time and decided to dine on Easter Sunday. My wife, son, and I started with the chopped salad that was outstanding. I ordered the fillet with shrimp, my wife the ribeye, and my son the strip and all were very good. For sides we had the shoestring potatoes that were excellent but the broccoli was terrible...undercooked and hard as a brick. The service was very good but the decor is getting a bit dated and is in need of renovation. We will return at some point but it is hard to justify dining at Ruth's Chris given the exorbitant prices.

Great food! Ruth Chris never disappoints with the service you receive !

Everything was great. The only complaint was that our table was right behind the hostess stand at the door of the dining room. It was very bright and a lot of traffic which ruined the ambiance a bit.

First time at this location, everything was excellent enjoyed every minute, service food very happy with and hospitality great

Superb as always.

The waiter made my 9 year old son’s first visit great. We even ran into him the next day at the airport on our way home and he went out of his way to say hi to my son. Great food and great people work there.

The staff and food are always excellent. Great team leadership shows in their execution of the dinner & wine.

As would be expected of a Ruth Chris restaurant. My filet was amazing as always. Wine recommendation by bartender was good.
My brother and I ate at the bar. My usual preference.
His lamb chops were fatty and difficult to cut. Returned those for a ribeye which was excellent.
Service was fantastic.
Would return to patronize here again.

Food was good, but steak was a little disappointing. Not as flavorful as I've had in the past at other Ruth's Chris Steakhouses. Shoestring fries were terrific and chopped salad was tasty.

Went here for 30th Anniversary celebration. The restaurant staff all recognized the event and went out of their way to make it a fabulous experience. Highly recommend!!!

Food was wonderful and the service was amazing!

I ordered a medium plus filet and it came out raw. My son order fries that came out cold and our drinks were never refilled.

We enjoy spending special occasions as well as any weekend get together at Ruth's Chris. Stopping in at the bar first for cocktails and friendly conversation always is a pleasure. The staff is great and fun! The dining room is quiet where you can enjoy your meal and converse with people at your table without noise from other guests. This is not available in so many restaurants today which are found to be so loud you feel rushed to eat and get out....not here, you can relax, take your time and enjoy your experience at this restaurant. The dining room staff leave nothing undone....everything is perfection. The food is simply the best there is in value, taste and presentation.

Waiter was struggling with being sick and he should not have been there. Manager should have sent him home so we had a waiter at 100% not 70%

Would not stop me from going back but I expect better from this fine dining resturant

You just can never go wrong with a great meal from Ruth Chris' Steakhouse. I will say that, this time, our server wasn't up to the expectation set by the restaurant. That didn't prevent me from enjoying my meal, as it was superb. I did jot down his name and will be sure never to get him as my server again.

Waitress Natalia was less than friendly and had to force her way thru smiles and it felt as though she was just bearing it. For $150 meal for two or expect nothing short of stellar

Great service. Too much food but worth every penny

We were seated promptly at 8:00pm on Valentine’s day, which was nice. Even got a booth as requested. The server was perfect but it took almost an hour for our entrees. There was a four top next to use that was seated later and got their entrees first. Not sure what happened there.

The meal was very good, I had the Petite Ribeye, along with my date, baked pot . and salad, over all it was very nice, I did request the Main Dining Room, and they put us in the Main Dining Room, which was what I requested .... the server John, was very good, explain everything to us, and all went well, at the end of the meal, (it was Valentine's Day ) my date got a very nice Red Rose ..... Over all a very nice Dinner, and Date, she was pleased , which makes me pleased ..... will see you there again soon ............... 5 stars ................A.B.

My wife ordered her steak medium well and it came out quite rare. We did not complain because we didn't want to disrupt a very nice date night.

Nice and friendly staff. Asked for medium steak and got a rare steak. Had to send back to kitchen. Otherwise was delicious.

Main dining can be loud we where in over flow room which was nice and quiet. Afraid too busy day before valentines but everything was great

Great birthday experience

Always a consistent meal & service experience. A nice birthday celebration for my husband - nice table & dessert decor to acknowledge his special day!

This is my wife and my go to place when we want to do something special for each other. They did not disappoint! Steak was cooked perfectly and drinks were spot on! Our server Svenya was so nice and not overbearing. We love our experience again!

Good stuff

We were celebrating my partner's birthday. Upon arrival to our table, I immediately noticed the tasteful birthday "glitter" that was on our table. Nick, who was our server, was fun, funny and appropriately attentive. He made our experience very enjoyable. We will be returning to the Lake Mary Ruth's soon.

First time at this location. Won’t go back. Wasn’t “wowed” by food like I am at Winter Park location. Husband’s Steak and lobster over cooked. They put the wrong salad dressing on my husbands salad but didn’t come back to check until entrees arrived. Salad should have been taken off bill. I had BBQ shrimp and creamed spinach. It was “fine” but I don’t consider it to be BBQ. Both dishes bland. Shrimp served in a watery soup like mixture with mashed potatoes in bowl. Definitely wouldn’t order again. Had a table next to us with 2 large Labrador service dogs. They kept looking at us waiting for a treat. Owner had to address dogs a couple of times. Not restaurants fault, but hard to enjoy food when dogs looking like they are hungry. I’ll go back to Winter Park location.

Food is always incredible. Service was a little slow on last visit but still very good.
