The food and service are excellent. What's also nice is the complimentary valet if you decide not to Uber. Their method and process are spot on.
My wife and I typically do a lot of happy hour in the area and their prices are competitive with the rest of the other restaurants in the area.
By the way, a big Thanks to the service staff and everyone there for making this year's Valentine's so special.
Ordered two Ruth classic and steaks were not cooked as requested husband asked for well done and mine was medium. His came out medium and mine came out rare. They took our plates and stated they will bring out fresh plates in which they did not. Then my same steak they took was well done while his was medium well. I did not eat my steak because at that point it was dry.
My visit was wonderful as usual. I love going to Ruth Chris! This time we were seated by the kitchen entrance -lots of clanging and movement and chatter! Other than that, it was fabulous as usual.
From the check in process to being seated you feel like a valued guest. The menu selection is great and reasonable priced for a steakhouse. They also offer a very nice wine selection. The valet parking is a bonus, don't forget to bring cash.
We made our reservation over a month in advance for a specific type of table. Unfortunately where they seated us was nowhere close to what we asked for. There was no effort to accommodate our request. The hostess was rude and couldn’t care less. The food was good but they’ve taken their presentation down several notches. Ruth’s Chris used to go above and beyond to stand out above all the other restaurants. Not anymore. There’s nothing special that sets them apart. Very unfortunate!!!

The creamed spinach was bland and barely warm so that was gross, and I'm usually a big fan of cream spinach. We bought the 40 oz. Porter house for 2 and it was over cooked slightly and fatty In some areas , but overall still tasty. But when you spend that kind of money on dinner you expect perfection.
Service was slow, but it wasn’t the server it was the kitchen. The server was great! I had to send back my steak as it was not cooked to the right temperature. The side dishes came half way through the steak. And they where cold. The mashed potatoes didn’t taste fresh, they taste it like they came from a box.
Undercooked steak on 2 of the 3 dinners. Had to send one back ordered med well filet and it was a warm rare in the middle. Sent back to Ki Ken and it returned well done . We kept and paid for but it really was disappointing.
Good, consistent food. The bourbon menu needs a refresh.
Waiter was just slow. Left early so we could go to the bar and get our second round of drinks.
There were rose petals and an anniversary card on our table when we arrived. Finished the evening with a custom “happy 11th anniversary” message in chocolate on our dessert plate. Definitely made us feel special!

Great except the restaurant was beyond cold. FREEZING. Told hostess, server, manager. No help. Seriously. FREEZING !!
We celebrated our anniversary and they went above and beyond for us.
The mushroom stuffing and sea bass undercooked. The GM literally placed the blame on the server- who was great(tipped him well). The bus girl asked me if I wanted a To go box while I was still chewing. Working in F&B and a patron of fine dining restaurants regularly, I have never experienced a GM throw his wait staff ‘under the bus’ as he did.
Always can depend on Ruth's to provide a nice evening - great food, wonderful service! Always top notch.
This wasn’t our first time dining here & won’t be our last. It was delicious, as usual, and the server (May) was more than awesome!

Amazing! We celebrated our anniversary. No better place for that.
Service wasn’t as usual. Food was fine. Except the wedge, ordered w/o bacon it had bacon , sent it back. They brought the same piece of lettuce with the bacon taken off . They didn’t change the plate, there was bacon in it.
The ambiance was beautiful. We had a private booth for two. The service was excellent and the so were the cocktails, wine, food and dessert. My husband and I shared the Veal Osso Buco Ravioli to start. As my entree I had the bone-in New York strip and my husband had the bone-in fillet. Both our meals were outstanding! We ended our fabulous meal with a white chocolate bread pudding topped with raspberry Chambord cream sauce. Delicious! It was a wonderful experience and we look forward to going again.
I’ve never had an experience at a Ruth’s Chris like the one I had here. I understand that it was Christmas Day, but the reason we decided to dine at Ruth’s Chris is because we were on vacation and the experience (service, food, customer service) is usually very consistent. For starters, we had a reservation for 8:15 but we weren’t seated until 8:50. Our waiter was inattentive, we had to ask him to light our candle on our table, and when he finally came to light the candle, he broke it, grabbed a lit candle from the next table, and left the broken candle on the table next to me. My lobster bisque and caesar salad was brought out at the same time; both my bisque and my friend’s bisque was cold and had to be sent back. The flavor of the bisque and salad was not up to par, in fact, none of the courses were up to par, except the side of sweet potato casserole. I barely touched my entree because it was not good at all, I should have sent it back, but I was just so disappointed and over the entire experience that I even passed on dessert. None of the adults enjoyed their meals as was evident by barely being touched as well as not taking it to go. There wasn’t any care, concern, or an effort to make it right. Very disappointed in this Christmas dinner experience.
It was Christmas Day and we had a 6:30 pm reservation. We waited for 45 minutes to be seated. We were seated next to the wall at the very end of the large main dining room. The noise level was deafening. My husband and I could not hear each other across the table!
That being said ,the food was delicious and our server was helpful and pleasant. Would prefer not to return on an oversold holiday, but restaurant options are unfortunately limited.
Lori is a great server.... we always ask for her if possible.
We requested and were given a booth, which we always prefer. Food and drinks were up to Ruth’s Chris standards.... excellent in every way.

We had a wonderful dinner at Ruth Chris ! Service was excellent and food was also. Would definitely recommend for a special occasion.
Let's just say that Christmas Eve was not Ruth's Chris Steak House's finest hour. We booked our reservtion well in advance and were still sat in the overflow room instead of the main dining area. Our waiter was barely present, one of the steaks overcooked, cold potato and overall disappointing experience. The manager did the right thing by adjusting our bill but it was too late by then. The whole experience of being out for the holiday had been ruined. Also, if you are going to have an over flow room, the walk-ins should be seated there, not people who took the time to make a reservation. Also, I would argue that there were some shenanigans going on at the front desk. I got the distinct impression that some folks were being seated ahead of those who had reservations.

Steaks were perfect!
As usual the steaks were perfect and the rest of the food and drink were very good. You have to be ready to pay dearly for a party of 7 so that's why we do it only once a year.
The appetizer was cold when it arrived. The service was great. That large chairs are awful and led to an over all average experience. It was a celebration with my family and unfortunately it didn’t hit the mark.

They were slammed for the holidays. But they still got us a table quickly and even accommodated our table request. Excellent food and service as always!
My reservation was for 6pm. We arrived early and were asked to wait in the bar, even though there were many empty tables in the dining room. They came to seat us at 6:40, which I felt was too long. Food was excellent and service average. The dining room was extremely loud making me feel as if I had to shout to be heard.

I ordered my steak medium rare and it was cooked medium to medium well and the lobster tails were overcooked. I asked them to make another. It took about 20 minutes for the steak to come back out - well done! Our server Giuseppe was wonderful and very helpful. They did not bill for the entree but it was so disappointing that this steakhouse couldn’t make the food right.
