Great! Really great food

We enjoyed the experience and the service. We eat at many Ruth Chris stake houses throughout the US and love that the food and service are consistently excellent everywhere we go.

Great experience! We went for Easter dinner which we have done for the past several years. Dom, our server, was awesome and did a great job! Food was excellent as always!

Ruth’s is Ruth’s. The food is good, steaks are great. Great handmade cocktails and impressive wine list. This restaurant is not for someone conscious of what the bill is going to be. Very over priced, but great place for special occasions.

Everything was very good especially the jumbo shrimp cocktail! My only complaint was that once my steak was done sizzling it was cooked medium rather than the medium rare that I requested. It was still good although I would’ve preferred it a little less done. They have a great deal which is the combination where you get a Salad with a protein a side and a dessert starting at around $46!

Our table was situated where we requested it to be when the reservation was made and our waitress, Fee, did an excellent job with our table of eight. We were very pleased with the food, the atmosphere, and the service.

Nice restaurant for a special night out. Nice ambiance and friendly staff. Dessert menu could use an upgrade.

Food is always good as is the service normally. We often enjoy this restaurant. Service was lacking this time around as we waited for over 20 minutes at table before being greeted by waitstaff. Not acceptable at an establishment such as this. Will attribute to a mix up in communication by staff. They comp’ed us glasses of wine once they realized their mistake. Nice touch.

Great food and service

We had a reservation, yet the hostess said, "let me see if I can find you a table, then walks off...as we waited for 15 min..while we could see empty tables, what was the point of the reservation??... As far as the food, the wedge was not great, had cheap thin bacon that was not appealing, blue cheese was jist poured on top almost sloppy, and nothing else was on the wedge,.. my 11oz filet was more like a 4oz, I asked for med, if was overly cooked and I was chewing cud like a cow, not impressed in the slightest. Maybe they should visit Vic and Anthony's to learn how to prepare good quality food! Server was nice though.

The steaks were average. We had better quality steaks at other steak houses in town.

Love "our" Ruths'.....I have been to numerous highly acclaimed steakhouses throughout the country and honestly I have never found any of them to offer a better steak! Also, the by-the-glass wine choices are so much better than most of these acclaimed restaurants. Those of us with a spouse who doesn't enjoy fine wines are often left with "supermarket" quality wine choice even at restaurants where the tab is in the several hundred dollar range. Ruths' has great BTG wines! Also have enjoyed the new additions to the menu even though I still default to my favs most of the time. Lastly, I love the fact that you see everyone from those dressed in Mardis Gras black tie attire to blue jeans and a plaid flannel shirt and everything imaginable in the middle. Definitely a melting pot of people who love a great meal!

i am not a big fan of ruths bc i feel the steak quality just isn't there however i eat here often due to diner dates and finally i had a half descent steak this visit. always a please dining experience

For the price you pay for the steak it was not worth it. The meet quality and size was mid grade at best. Truly not impressed. I noticed the same problem in Dallas… A month ago. I expect the best Quality of meat with it melting with each bite! 4 out of 10

This steak house is always amazing which is why its so expensive. I work for the state, so I can only ear here once very few years. Lol. The food was top notch, however; my wife ordered medium rare Lamb and got extra crispy Lamb. Manager sent it back and it was fixed within minutes, so it worked out. Service was a little slower than I like, but it’ll all worked out.

Went for a golden birthday and it did not disappoint!

Awesome! Steak was absolutely the BEST. Service was tremendous. Drinks were outstanding. Side orders were great. A complete wonderful time. Waitresses Yvette, Danielle, Roxanne; all superb, attentive, friendly. Glad I got to go.

Our reservation was at 9, by 10:00 the waiter is asking if we will need anymore tea to drink and had to check to see if coffee was thrown out. My steak was over cooked and not as hot as it normally is. The waiter didn’t offer my husband dessert. We felt a lil rushed. I don’t think I will dine that late again

The steaks at Ruths Chris at almost every location have gone down significantly in the past 5 or so years. My steak was grey and the plate was not "popping" with butter like they used to. The meat was also under seasoned. They really need to get back to their old ways.

Christmas gift for husband's brother and wife. Loved our waiter. Food was perfect. Great bottle of wine.

this place is overrated and the porterhouse for $91 was not good

The service and ambience was awesome as usual......my petite filet was not quite the quality steak that I've received in the past but it was served hot and sizzling. The sides were absolutely delicious!
