Started off really quiet, and slowly got louder and louder. Food was barely average… honestly could have gotten similar steak with more flavor for 1/3 price at just about any chain.. Service was impeccable.

The steaks that were cooked to “medium” were perfect…. However, the ribeye steak that was ordered “rare” was a lot more on the “medium” spectrum. The steaks are overly priced and I truly believe the cost is more for the ambience of the decor and waiter attentiveness. All of the sides are a la carte and a simple baked potato is around $12.00. I won’t be back.

11oz filet was good, a little undercooked but served on a 500 degree pan it does continue to cook. Crab cakes were not as good as they usually are. A bit fishy maybe? Aug gras potatoes were very good. But the star of the show was the chopped salad. Awesome! All in all, pretty consistent with every Ruth’s we’ve visited, except for the seating. To be honest, there needs to be a wall or some break between the front door and the dining room. It was very drafty which was disappointing and sure cooled off the food fast. I indicated that it was an anniversary when making the reservation, and the table we were assigned was closest to the entrance right in the middle. Dissatisfied with that choice. Cold, drafty air and everyone walking right by our table kinda ruined the experience. Lastly, the wine options were limited and overpriced. Sorry, just being honest.

I made reservations early in the day for dinner reservations for my husband’s birthday. The service was very subpar. We had to wait to be greeted and be offered to receive water. The restaurant was not full on this Monday evening. I am a Ruth’s Chris fan and I was very deeply disappointed due to it being a special occasion. I loved the service I received in the past. Special requests were made on my husband’s order and continuously overlooked due to miscellaneous reasons. Excuse after excuse. We got bread and when we asked for more we had to wait over 30 mins due to waiter saying it got burnt twice. Not sure if there was a disconnect or miscommunication with the kitchen and wait staff but I won’t be visiting Ruth’s Chris anytime soon due to my unsatisfactory experience

I’ve gone to Ruth’s many times over the past 15 years. Only twice did it take a long time to get our main dish. Last night it took like 15 or 20 minutes to get our food. Another thought I have is that the steaks used to be around $42 not that long ago and now the ribeye is $66. I feel the industry is taken advantage of regular folks by jacking the price up more than they really need to, to make up for the pandemic changes.

It took a very long time before anyone came to our table with water or bread. They reversed the rare and medium requests for our meat. The rate one went back to be cooked more and the medium was not enjoyed by the person requesting rare. Price seems very high for the experience.

Chose Ruth’s Chris for a romantic Valentine’s Day dinner. Expected to be rushed into ordering and eating quickly but was immediately assured by our server that we could relax and take our time. The chateaubriand special was prepared a perfect medium rare and the creamed spinach and garlic mashed potatoes were excellent. Service was friendly and attentive but unobtrusive. Guests at the adjacent table were a bit loud and we found that distracting at times. Prices are high, but in line with other premium steakhouses these days. I would do it again for a special occasion, but ask for a more secluded table.
