   Dorian was the best!! We had a great time. Sam, the manager, also came over and visited with us. Hoping to do a new tastemaker dinner sometime in the near future. 4 stars is only due to not having proper wine glasses for an upscale steakhouse. Maybe those will get changed out in the future.

   This was our first time to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, special occassion for our son's graduation. I would have given 5 stars but felt our waiter let the ball drop, he started out friendly, helpful, down to earth, but once dessert was served, he disappeared, he even took a picture of my son with the Tomahawk steak, even stated his picture would go on the wall if he finished it, which he did, but Javier never came back to see us off and make sure we got our to go bag, it was a bit disappointing, especially after the tip he was left and how much we spent, the food was delicious from the appetizer to the dessert, the steak was delicious, one of the best we have had and paid for, expensive but worth a special night out of celebration, lots of butter was used, but butter makes everything better. Our only disappointment was Javier never returning to see us out and thanking us for coming, that was a bit of a letdown, kind of felt like he was done with us after dessert.

   We went to the La Cantera Ruth's Chris Steakhouse for a special occasion and the whole evening was truly a remarkable experience. From being greeted at the door by the hostess and Manager, seated in a comfortable and cozy booth, to an incredible meal (let me highly recommend the bone-in New York Strip) with attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service; I cannot adequately express the joy and satisfaction we received from our dining experience. It was amazing and made our memorable night uniquely enjoyable.

    Another excellent meal. Almost outstanding except for a slightly overcook lobster tail. But that didn’t stop me from eating it and actually enjoying it. To be honest I have never had a bad meal. Always a good fine dining experience.

    A Wonderful Experience Overall!!! Our Server, Wil Was a True Delight. He Was Most Polite, Pleasant and Kind. He Was So Knowledgeable and Just All Around, Absolutely Amazing. Thank You Wil. You Accented Our Dinner So Well. We Loved How Jovial the General Manager, Sam Was. Thank You So Much Sam for Gracing Our Table to Ensure Our Dinner and Overall RC Experience was Fabulous.     Sat down about 30 min after reservation time, service was slow and drinks were very slow. 3 of the steaks turned out undercooked even after asking them to be butterflied. One was so bad had to return. Bill came out incorrect as well. Bathrooms were dirty. I’ve been here numerous times and this by far was the worse time.

    It was a busy night, and they seemed short-staffed. We had many apologies for the bar being backed up, but it wasn't a big deal to us. Our waiter, Jeff, was fantastic! Will be back and hopefully get seated in Jeff's section. Awesome guy and great service overall!

    Upon entering the restaurant we were greeted by 2 young ladies who welcomed us and verified our reservations. We were immediately escorted to our table where we met our waiter Jeff. I will simply say if your establishment has a way to clone this guy do it. He was knowledgeable , professional, informing , and the quality of his service from menu item selection to the cooking process utilized by your restaurant was well received by our party which included a couple we were hosting from europe. Please take time to thank Jeff and all that assisted him in making our dining experience memorable. See you next time.

    Seemed to be under staffed. Waited too long for water refills and to get attention of wait staff. Family in middle of eating salads and all the steaks came out. Everyone asked for cheesecake and no one wanted bread pudding. Wait staff brought bread pudding and said it was on the house….odd? Steaks are great but didn’t hit the mark with service this time

    In general. OK, but much higher expectations for $150 per person dinner. Steak quality has seemed to decline over time at Ruth's Chris. Many items out of stock, bar took 30+ minutes to get first round of drinks, etc.. Staff pleasant and helpful, seems like a management issue. You can only pass the blame to supply chain and others for so long.

    This Ruth Chris location is the best! Ruth Chris is one of my favorite restaurants & I visit at least 6 times during the year. The last three times I’d visited this location, our server has been Patricia. Lucky us to get the same exact table & the same server during our last 3 visits. Our experience with Patricia is always pleasant. We learned that Ruth Chris no longer offer Salmon on the menu. Patricia graciously apologized & made a recommendation. They were also out of Lobster Bisque, again Patricia apologized & recommended Gumbo which after receiving & tasting was the very best choice even over the Lobster Bisque. Although our fav dishes didn’t work out however everything we ordered was tasty so we were very satisfied. Patricia is very knowledgeable & always personable. Tonight we took our mother out for Mother’s Day & she was very happy with the service, food & the ambiance. Very enjoyable dinner.

    We have eaten at Ruth Chris on many occasions, but were disappointed this time. The service was slower than normal, and the food was just not as flavorful as it has been previously. We were seated by the door and it was quite noisy. The server brought out the wrong type of potatoes and although they said they would rectify it, We just accepted the potatoes that they brought although they were not very hot.. It just was not as pleasurable of a dining experience as we have normally had at Ruth Chris, especially for the amount of money that we paid for the meal.

    We had an amazingly fabulous dinner. The service was phenomenal. We have zero complaints about anything, but man, the cost for 4 of us to eat dinner was nearly $500. And while I absolutely love this place and their great tasting food, we can’t afford to eat here very much especially in this economy. I wish it was more reasonably priced and we would have given all 5 stars and dined here a LOT more, but when you have to pay a week’s wages for one meal, it’s certainly not something you can do very often.
