    Two of our steaks came out undercooked. They were put back on to cook but this caused an increase in toughness due to the meat already being cut. Server kept making weird comments to my wife and the whole table. Food was okay but not worth the price. There are much better places for a steak in the greater Knoxville area.

    The setting was nice, however we were sat next to a group of obnoxious customers who used profanity and were entirely too loud for us to enjoy our night as we wanted. Overall the experience was good, but would have been better if not for this group.

    This experience at Ruth's Chris was somewhat disappointing. I've been to Thanksgiving service at Ruth's Chris several times before, and this was by far the worst service I've experienced. The food was very good, but I wasn't wowed. The service was very subpar. The service was slow and not what I expect or have come to enjoy from Ruth's Chris. And, the most unexpected issue was dirty plates and drinking classes. I understand Ruth's Chris was sold anther group. Clearly the standard has lowered, too.

    We dined inside for Thanksgiving dinner and then ordered an extra Thanksgiving dinner to go for the person that was not able to join us. I was extremely disappointed in the to go meal that we paid the same price for as the meals we enjoyed while dining in. The to go meal was terrible. There were no sides or dessert included in the meal that we ordered and paid for. There was no gravy on the turkey and the Caesar salad had no cheese in it. Just Romain lettuce and croutons. The turkey was not nice big slices like we received on our plates while dining in. Instead it was a few end pieces. It was very disappointing to pay $44 and receive a partially made salad, turkey ends, a spoonful of dressing and a spoonful of cranberry sauce. We will never order anything to go from here again. This is not what I would expect from Ruth Chris. Needless to say I feel very bad for the person whom we got this meal for as they were cheated out of their Thanksgiving dinner they were so looking forward to.

    We went on Thanksgiving where we were offered the choice between a 3 course Turkey dinner or the option to order off their regular menu. We chose to order steak…fabulous, as always. It appeared that the Turkey dinner was generous as many were taking home leftovers. We would definitely go again.

    Another delightful trip to Ruth's Chris. Perfect steaks perfectly cooked. Everything was on point. Service was always timely but never pushy. Excellent cocktails and deserts as well. Ruth's Chris is my Gold Standard for excellence in steaks and all that goes with them.

    This location is most definitely our favorite. Everyone is always so nice. We celebrated our anniversary and they made it a special night. They even had flower petals on the table. Everyone wished us a happy anniversary and made sure our needs were met. Food was delicious as always. We have started to make this our anniversary tradition and can’t wait to come back. Thank you to everyone that went above and beyond to make this a memorable experience.

    This was their final Taste Maker Dinner for 2023 and they went out on a high note! The food and Champagne pairings were spot on, there was plenty to eat (and drink) and the food quality was exceptional. We got great service and had a private room for the event. The only downside was that service was slow, so we never had a bite to eat until 7pm (and the dinner started at 6:30pm). They offered us a cocktail from the bar earlier, but we all figured we would have plenty to drink with our meal (which we did). It was a "leisurely" meal, but very well done. We would definitely attend a future Taste Maker Dinner at Ruth's Chris.

    I cant say enough about what great experience it was for our anniversary to be treated like royalty at Ruth Chris from the valet parking to the best steaks we ever tasted and the waiter and management for 5 star all the way.
