    Overall we had a great experience. However, I called and made a reservation with Derrick for a party of 8. I asked to be near the window and was told that they couldn’t seat 8 by the window. However they could put us in Regas room. I verified 3 times we were in Regas Room as I tried to add 2 more to our reservation, and then when they called I verified we were in Regas room. We showed up and they sat us mid dining room. A little disappointed when we had this reservation to celebrate as 60th bday. Nothing was said to us at all when I questioned it. Completely ignored it and we mentioned it after dinner also. They said.. well you already finished your dinner right? 🥴

    Another great dinner at the Knoxville Ruths Cris location. Wine list is great. Food is great. Andy, our server was excellent.

    Food was amazing. Our waitress was Katie excellent Service. Management was very professional and Polite when we entered the restaurant. Overall Experience was memorable Will definitely return.

    Service was very very slow. Server spilled hot butter on me and my Louis Vuitton purse. Sat at the table for 20 minutes with empty plates and empty glasses until I went to find the waiter to get the check. Will not be going back

    Fine dining at it’s best. Love the ambience and the great variety of entrees to choose from. Service that is superior to most other restaurants. It’s not just dinner but an experience.
