The service was very slow and inconsistent.

19th anniversary

Risked the COVID situation for a 10 year anniversary dinner but based on the restaurant web site verbiage it appeared social distancing rules were being enforced. We were looking forward to lobster and steaks plus some Grey Goose cocktails.

They were out of lobsters - maybe I should have checked before booking.

The steaks were good and as expected. However my potatoes au gratin were miserable. Not thinly sliced, rather chunks of potato with cheese melted on top. Disappointing.

The restaurant was not too busy but before we finished our entrees the table adjoining ours was sat - much less than 6 feet away and there were plenty of tables farther away that were available.

Last straw for us, gave up on desert at that point.

We were hoping for better.

Dinner was amazing however the bar ran out of Tito’s and Basil Hayden and the kitchen ran out of whole lobster. Being New Years Eve one would think they would be stocked up. When food came out those that brought the food (was not our server) mixed up some orders which resulted in having to make a meal over. The table was done eating by the time her food came out. She was unable to eat as we had to leave for another reservation and had to take it to go.

Had a delicious meal New Years eve. We did the holiday prefixe menu and it was delicious.

New Yesr’s Eve

My dining experience is always top notch. I did not care for the hostess that seated us. When I told her that I preferred not to be seated where people were constantly passing back and forth, she said we'll have to go back to the hostess station.... you messed up my rotation. I thought that was extremely rude!!!
I did not like the gumbo, so I sent it back and tried the Lobster Bisque instead: that was just ok, but my overall experience is great and I will be back again!

The restaurant was pretty empty which was nice. The soup was room temperature and the fries were barely warm and were def reheated. YUK.

Lori our table hostess was very accommodating, friendly and made sure all our needs were met on Thanksgiving Day. We look forward to having dinner with Ruth’s Chris Steak House again next year.

Ruth Chris service has slid to negligable versus the cost. $300 is exorbitant. The lady pouring water was more attentive than actual server. Ruth's Chris in previous visits, pulled your chair in and out cleared table and crumbs t
o a fault. I have had better services and food for value at Applebee's. This is second time I have been disappointed at two different locations. Atmosphere reminded me of an old 60's lounge minus the smoke. Lighting was way too low. Disappointing.

It was amazing and they had great service. The food was off the charts.

Steak had a funny smell like it was spoiled, told them about it but they didn’t want to smell it. They asked to cook me another one to go and when I got home the smell was worst then the other. My whole kitchen smelled horrible I had to toss the steak, so that was 65 bucks down the drain.

Wonderful experience as always. Fantastic, friendly service. We had the yummy Seafood Tower, delicious special (Blue Cheese topped Fillet) and my absolute favorite the Chilean Sea Bass. Our go-to sides are always asparagus and cream spinach. Fantastic. Had a little of everything including wine to take home for a scrumptious lunch the next day!

Excellent meal, really good service, nice wine selection. Not an inexpensive evening but you know that going in. Ambiance is Embassy Suites a la 2008 with better lighting. Nevertheless, a really nice evening for special occasions. Well done, thank you

Very good steak, but the salmon was served on a cold (not room temperature) plate, which resulted in the salmon being warm at best upon being served. It was replaced via the server.

I was less than pleased with the service at this particular location. It was my husbands birthday, when we arrived the hostess asked who birthday it was and I pointed at my husband. I’m sure that information gets passed onto the server as it has in the past. However, our server acted as if she didn’t know. Also, my lobster didn’t arrive with my filet. When the lobster arrived it was undercooked. Definitely not the service were use to when we dine in Buckhead.

Food was delicious! Joe was the most amazing server!!! Ruth’s Chris never disappoints!
