This was our anniversary dinner and it was wonderful. The food was delicious and the steaks were cooked as requested. Our server, Andrew, took great care of us. We took advantage of a fix-price menu which I was not aware of until we saw the menu.

This is an old Ruth Chris that needs updating. Connected to an embassy suite. Needs its own space or more upscale space. The bake potato was served cold and the calamari tasted like it was frozen food and definitely not fresh. We would not go back.

I ordered a Bone in Filet with Horseradish Crust, didn’t have Horseradish Crust. Filet was mostly FATTY. Way over priced. Side of potato’s was a LOT smaller than past visits. Caesar salad had a very small amount of dressing. Reservation was a 7:30 didn’t get seated till 8:05. This use to be a great place. Two thumbs down.

Service was wonderful. Great and well trained staff. My PeriteFilet was very grissly. It the best cut. I ate most of it, starving. So felt I couldn’t complain too much. Would go back for the service but not the steak. The steak was cooked perfect.

We went for our 23rd anniversary. My husband ordered the steak and baked potato. He loved it! He doesn’t usually order steak but he loves Ruth’s Chris. I tried the barbecue shrimp which was served over mashed potatoes. It was divine! We ordered the bread pudding for dessert and the chef wrote happy anniversary on our dessert plate. I also recommend the Georgia Peach Sweet Tea mixed drink. Two thumbs up!

It was an awesome experience for it to be our first time going. The staff were friendly, and we were greeted with smiles even as we walked to our seats. Our waiter (Andrew C) was phenomena! I received a phone call about two hours prior to our reservation advising of the strict dress code of no shorts, no flip flops and no t-shirts with offensive words. When we arrived at our reservation, I noticed that the tables on both sides of our table had people wearing shorts and flip flops. We should have been allowed to wear shorts if the other tables were allowed to wear shorts. If you have a dress code, have it for all customers.

My wife and I have been coming to Ruth's Criss for many years and have always had excellent food and service. On April 22 we renewed our vows at our pastors house to commemorate our 25th Anniversary. We brought them as our guests to celebrate with us. To our unfortunate surprise the food was not up to the usual standard! My wife complained that her steak was tough and the side dishes weren't even warm. Later during the night my wife and I both experienced digestive issues. We haven't spoken to our guests to see how they were feeling. But I will say the service was up to the standard we were used to.

Celebrating our mother’s retirement. Service was excellent, as was the food. The interior decor does date the restaurant though, and was the only detracting element.

The service was amazing, every person we encounter was very pleasant, and professional. The food on the other hand was not the greatest. I have been to this location many times and the last two times the food was not great. The mashed potatoes were very dry, the spinach didn't have taste and the steak was bland. This restaurant is too expense for the food no to be magnificent. It was disappointing.

Really lovely evening celebrating our sons 21st Birthday. Everyone enjoyed their food. It was hot and perfectly cooked. Our waiter Marcus was awesome and the hostess Renee was lovely. Great drinks and food. We felt that it was good value and there were some leftovers for the boys!

Restaurant clearly states that there is a dress code. However, several patrons were wearing shorts, t-shirts, and flips flops. These guests should not be allowed to dine in that attire. This made us feel out of place because we were dressed up. This totally ruined the ambiance. Very disappointed in the atmosphere at this location as well. This is not the standard that I expect for Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse. Will not return.

Dan was an amazing server. He was patient as he waited for us while we were having a dinner meeting, then he exhibited that great server knack of being at our table "just-when-needed-but-not-too-often" during the rest of our visit. Overall a great visit made better by a great service team led by Dan.

I reserved a table at Ruth Chris for a family members birthday. We had an amazing experience and our server, Melody, did a fantastic job. The prices were very fair because of the very large portions and quality of the food. Just a small inconvenience was that we had a noisy family with children tabled next to us even though the dining room was basically empty. There were several other tables that they could have been seated at but instead were put directly next to us for the entire night. Other than that, our night was wonderful and we plan to revisit for another event.

Joe was an absolutely waiter for our date night. We split the chopped salad and porterhouse for 2 with au gratin potatoes. Dinner was outstanding. Steak was cooked to perfection and the salad and potatoes were delicious as well. Service was top notch. The food came out slower, but we actually appreciated not being rushed and enjoying each others company.
