Kids were too loud. Food was great. Could use more light.
Food was ok , take a little time to serve maybe its weekend , i’m not sure,
Waiters very nice and friendly.
Price little pricey but steak was a big as what it said on the menu. But the taste is not like what I expected.
Waiter and waitress outstanding service. One concern though, I thought because it was my Birthday my table would be sprinkled with confetti that said Happy Birthday. I’m not sure if You guys do that anymore. Also I had to ask for a desert to order even though it was my birthday. I thought it was complementary because it was my birthday and would be brought out to me with a candle for celebration? So other than that, the food was amazing and the service was great.
Thank you,
Ashley Coleman
We enjoyed a combo dinner of filet and lobster. Food was delicious and cooked perfectly.
Great food
This was a spectacular dining experience for my wife and I. It was her first visit and she is in love with Ruth's Chris! The food was amazing and the service was personal - the waiter was attentive to our requests.
We were a party of 4 there for my mother's birthday and in addition to making my Open Table reservation, I called ahead to confirm and they offered a corner table.
We were not seated at a corner table but I noticed many corner tables in more private sections (at least 4 unoccupied). It seemed they were trying to seat everyone in 1-2 specific sections of the restaurant. One area of the restaurant was very loud and noisy (the only area where people were seated). Other areas in the back and corners were unoccupied. I question if the tables were truly separated based on DOH regs. I did not complain. These are delicate times. I will note that I was OFFERED a corner table and told they were not very busy when I called - of those corner/back tables, only 2 were never seated while we were there.
It took 10 minutes for our server to take our drink order.
It took 15 minutes to get our drinks.
We ordered 3 appetizers, one was room temperature. I did not send it back - we were hungry and did not want to wait longer.
We ordered 4 sides, all of them were cold. We sent back 3 of the sides and by the time they came back (REHEATED), our entrees were cold. We ate all but 2 sides, the other 2 were 1/2 finished.
At times, water and soft drinks were not refilled without asking (twice at one point).
We frequently had to flag down the server
The service wasn't horrific, poor overall, and certainly not expected for a $350+ tab. I went to the hostess stand and asked to speak to a manager and he insisted on coming to the table, where he surveyed and commented twice on how we managed to finish our food (despite our concerns). I voiced extreme frustration in his response (he knew what he was doing). At some point during the exchange he offered to comp our meal.
The Food and Serice was outstanding. My wife Love the Birthday wish on her Dessert Plate.
Very pricey; very good. The waitresses here earn so much in tips that they can afford to spend time with their guests and I expect that the management encourages this, adding a personal dimension to the dining experience that left us with a great meal and a new friend (in our case, the age of our grandchildren). My wife and I shared an order of sea bass and a vegetable plate. The large 12-oz serving of sea bass was plenty for both of us. I've never had it before, and it was delicious. Together with the vegetables, the meal was more than we could eat, so we took the remainder home with us. Suggestion: don't fill up on the bread loaf they bring in the beginning.
The steak was very good, but sides were cold and overcooked. Our waiter offered to bring us another side, and she took them off the bill. The service was great and nice ambiance.
Great food, as always, and amazing service by Brian!
Everything was amazing about the place, servers were super nice, super professional, very nice place to go, little too pricy but still a very nice dinner
Valentines dinner. Everything was great!
The service was good. The food was excellent 💯💯💯
Our Dining experience was excellent. Brian our waiter was very attentive and informative.
We were seated directly across from the kitchen, but otherwise, everything was amazing
Always excellent food and first class service.
Food was good but the service was extremely slow and it is not a busy night.
Steak was absolutely amazing. However the sides were sadly a huge let down. The lobster on the lobster Mac n cheese made the dish worse. It was like lobster jerky. And the garlic mashed potatoes tasted like store bought.
great place to dine and the staff is always welcoming and smiling. it was 7:30pm and the dining hall was a little too dark for my comfort when reading a menu and eating my food but that's why i use my cell light :). love it
I have high expectations when I dine at Ruth's Chris. The service was sub-par this time and the food was the worst I have ever experienced at this restaurant. Our scallops came out blackened to a crisp and minuscule. The second fire was much better but the manager did little to appease our dissatisfaction other than bring out a second try and apologize that the first ones should have never been served. Everything was drenched so heavily in butter it made all items tase the same... like butter. The brussel sprouts were so charred and over cooked there were barely any crunchy heads, just soft fallen apart leaves. One bottle of Cabernet below $100 is hardly a wine selection. When you drop $300+ for your sweetheart's birthday dinner, you expect much better than this.
My husbands steak was cooked nicely.
My steak was not cooked butterflied as requested... when I brought it to the servers attention he asked me to cut into steak instead of taking it away and preparing it as ordered .. My lobster tail also tasted like it could have cooked a little longer, our baked potato was old. Salad and appetizer was good . Service was just ok - used to a more attentive accommodating waiter - especially for that type of dining
I have the 3 stars only because it took the waiter so long to come to our table to put orders in as well as it took him a while to come back and check on us, any extra that we asked for. Overall the food was amazing and the service was pleasant.
Brian was our waiter and he did an outstanding job all the way around. Understand there menu and gave great suggestions throughout the course of the mean on appetizers, drinks and options for main plate. The food was cooked up perfection as usual. Overall experience was outstanding.
Celebrated my daughters 15th Birthday. We were seated quickly. The staff was very friendly. Everything was very good. Creamed spinach needed a dash more of salt but other than that no complaints. Our waiter Brian White was so professional, very nice, and very informative about the menu and food and wine pairing. Next time I go to Ruth Chris I hope Brian White could be my waiter again
The food and service was great!
Lamb chops, shoestring fries and mouse cheesecake were very good but crab cakes were mushy and pretty tasteless. Spicy shrimp was okay. Prices too high for ambiance and what you get
Fantastic dinner with our sons before heading back to college, their first time and my wife and mine many time visit. Service and food hit it out of the park. I had a bit of concern with Covid if they would be able to keep up with the expectation of a great Steakhouse and they 100% did. 20 year old athlete ordered and eat entire tomahawk rib eye himself and he said it was the best meal he had ever had. Seafood tower, salads, and desert all around and again same quality. Only disappointment was the lobster bisque that I had was rather watery and not the usual silky creamy goodness. Joe our server was top notch.
The service was very slow and inconsistent.
Awesome Staff..great experience and AWESOME food.
Excellent place to dine, the waiter was very prompt and made sure food was cooked the way i requested, definitely will be going back.
This is a great location. We have been here twice, so far, and everything about it is top notch!!
An evening with friends. We all loved it. Good food and good times.
Ford was perfect as always! I had New York strip and it was great. Thai margarita and the raspberry cosmo were great as well. Perfect service
Nice peaceful and relaxing. Our server was outstanding & very knowledgeable i’m upset that I cant remember his name. He knew about every item on the menu and had great suggestions. The food was great! The thing we liked most is that it wasnt crowded
19th anniversary
Risked the COVID situation for a 10 year anniversary dinner but based on the restaurant web site verbiage it appeared social distancing rules were being enforced. We were looking forward to lobster and steaks plus some Grey Goose cocktails.
They were out of lobsters - maybe I should have checked before booking.
They were out of Grey Goose - come on!
The steaks were good and as expected. However my potatoes au gratin were miserable. Not thinly sliced, rather chunks of potato with cheese melted on top. Disappointing.
The restaurant was not too busy but before we finished our entrees the table adjoining ours was sat - much less than 6 feet away and there were plenty of tables farther away that were available.
Last straw for us, gave up on desert at that point.
We were hoping for better.
Dinner was amazing however the bar ran out of Tito’s and Basil Hayden and the kitchen ran out of whole lobster. Being New Years Eve one would think they would be stocked up. When food came out those that brought the food (was not our server) mixed up some orders which resulted in having to make a meal over. The table was done eating by the time her food came out. She was unable to eat as we had to leave for another reservation and had to take it to go.
Had a delicious meal New Years eve. We did the holiday prefixe menu and it was delicious.
