it was mothers day so they were extremely crowded. we had a short wait beyond our reservation time for our table. the food took a little longer than normal to come out, but based on the crowd, that was not a surprised. the food was excellent as always as well as the service.

Typical our steakhouse of choice for every single special occasion but this past weekend was less than stellar for RC! We been there for several Mother’s Day and never experienced what we had happened to us this past weekend. Waiting almost an hour past our reservations, waited an hour for our food, my steak was under cooked, my wife’s was over cooked, my son’s girlfriend appetizer wasn’t brought on time, my parents and sister waited 2 hours for their food to arrive! Just not the RC experience we’re accustomed to…normal I rave about the Ruth Chris brand but yesterday was totally uncharacteristic and unacceptable. Now, the staff and the manager did comp some of our food and did apologize but again we’ve been going to Ruth’s for years and never expected this type of service. We’ll continue to come back as long as this was a rare one time deal…get it together RC, we consider you all the best in the steakhouse biz and we’ve just about tired everyone so live up to your RV standards.

It was great as always. A pet peeve of mine is waiting on a drink when it’s emptied. I had to do that a few times, but it wasn’t to long and like I said, we enjoy it as always.

We had not been to Ruth’s Chris in a long time and decided to go with some friends. The service was terrible. Long wait times between courses, waiter did not bring items we asked for and the sides came out cold. The bills came out wrong, one bill was wrong by at least $120 over. It was a mess from start to finish. The food was mediocre at best. Extremely disappointed in the quality and service, especially at such a high price tag.

My husband and I have and continue to, enjoy eating at Ruth Chris. Though we have visited several of the newer establishments in the city and were really enthusiastic based on reviews and the reviews of others, none of them quite met our standard of "great steakhouse" as compared with Ruth Chris. So with that said, we auditioned our last restaurant and decided to stick with our tried and true. Great Job!

There was a baby crying that usually doesn’t happen at Ruth Chris is pretty annoying on a Friday night when you’re spending over $200 to have a decent time. The waiter that served or took our order was very good very nice very polite his help her however ignored is my water sat empty for the last 10 minutes of my mail. I was not asked if I wanted another drink either. We will go back it’s a great restaurant however this visit may be one of the worst we’ve experienced it’s not that it was terrible I just thought it wasn’t up to what we would expect from ruthchris

No king crab on the $79 seafood tower. Sub was a small amount of tuna. Unacceptable. 3rd time there. Not great this time around. Server was nice but unavailable a bunch. Just average all the way around except price.

We have gone to this location numerous times - since the rebranding and remodel the service and atmosphere has seriously declined. It does not stand up to the expectation. Our dinner reservation was at 7:15 and we didn’t get our food for 2 hours, forgot our appetizer and got that on the house. and then didn’t leave till almost 11 since we decided to do dessert since we were there so long.
