From drinks at the bar by Rob to dinner at the table with Matt Anderson as our waiter, everything was impeccable. From our appetizers of spicy shrimp and ahi tuna, all the way to our espresso martini and crème brûlée for dessert, perfection. We come here at least once a month and this is one of our best experiences. We hope to see Matt A. again at the Caymus event in October.

Our server was very nice. Seemed to be missing support staff. Salads delivered before appetizer. Coffee came before to go food was boxed up. Was not offered desserts for 20 minutes after coffee. We were there 3 hours. Lots of time spent a waiting after main course was delivered.

Our experience started as soon as we walked in the door! I had put on the reservation that it was our anniversary. As soon as I gave my name, the hostess wished us an "Happy Anniversary". When we reached the table, it had a card and confetti wishing up a happy anniversary. Our view of the St. John's River was wonderful. Even though the weather outside was cloudy and very windy, we were able to enjoy the peacefulness of the flowing water. Our server, Matt, welcomed us, told us the specials and was very attentive throughout our evening. He told us of specials that were "off menu" and offered advice as it was our first visit. He had an absolutely wonderful sense of humor. He made what was already an enjoyable evening even better. Our food was cooked to perfection. Neither of us had to use salt or pepper on anything....and with my husband, that is a HUGE accomplishment. We were given a complimentary cheesecake with Happy Anniversary written on the plate in chocolate. Matt said "It's not real unless it is written in chocolate!" We will definitely be back and recommend this place!

Not worth the money. The food was terrible! Ordered the crab stuffed mushrooms…..I have gotten better looking food at Costco for a faction of the price. Then a wedge salad, it had all of two grape tomatoes and the bacon….there was none…and the dressing was the worst looking blue cheese I’d ever seen. Sent back the “lobster” mac n cheese, the lobster tasted like pure salt and the Mac n cheese was burnt. Only to get the soggiest and oiliest brussels. The steak…meh, it comes out frying in butter on a plate that is a million degrees…..wasn’t worth the $89!

The service of the waiter was outstanding. However, the mashed potatoes were cold, but once we brought it to the waiter's attention, he resolved the issue right away. The dress code has gotten lack, because it says no ripped jeans or shorts which I observed a lot of .

We recommend Ruth’s Chris to anyone looking for a date night or social event. Quality food and service. We dine here a couple times a year for birthdays or our anniversary. Nothing beats the porterhouse steak for two!

It was an absolute beautiful night. The food was perfect and we were seated by the gorgeous window seats overlooking the River. Tyler our server was the most attentive and knowledgeable servers I’ve ever had. He did the exact, perfect pairing of our meal with a wine. Thoroughly explained items on the menu, and gave great recommendations. The manger Nick stopped by to ensure our meals and service was good and we couldn’t stop talking about how awesome Tyler was. Nick was also very attentive to us and even showed my son, who is an aspiring chef, a peek into the kitchen. We just loved the place. Can’t wait to return soon.

Every thing was great, except for the cream burláis. Compare to other time we had it, it needed a little sugar. The cowboy was not seared all the way, but still was amazing.

Last night’s dinner was amazing. It’s as if the old RC is back. A special thanks to Skylar for coming over and speaking with us. He has definitely made many positive changes bringing the restaurant back to how it was years ago. The service, food quality and ambiance were top notch. Always a consistent experience at Ruth’s Chris. Steaks and sides to share were delicious. We enjoyed the Creamed Spinach, Broccoli, and Mac n Cheese. As always- delicious. Steaks were all prepared exactly at the right temperature for each diner. Excellent service, an enviable view, and a full bar offer an always great dining experience.

Food is outstanding! Kim, our server, was even more so! Unfortunately, there was a very loud little one, but that isn't the restaurants fault. I did notice Gramps at the same table drinking a lot......perhaps that is the key! :)

My husband and I had a 7:30pm reservation, we were not seated until 7:52pm. Our waitress, Sienna, was cordial, yet she purposely did not enter my order. My husband ordered an appetizer, as did I (2). His came out & he asked for tomatoes which never came. Sienna continued to press him to order an entree. We watched others get their food all around us. He ate his food. Mine still hadn’t arrived. Finally Sienna said to me “I will go ahead and put your order in.” My food came out quickly, cold. I was very disappointed in the wait times and in how my order was handled, especially at such a perceived upscale restaurant.

We celebrated my mothers birthday yesterday evening. Our food was delicious. Our server Kevin was polite. Yet not as attentive as I had hoped especially for someone having a special occasion. He ended up w a large table half way through our meal and we had a long lag before desert and our check. We absolutely love Ruth Chris and we come often. Leaving this up to a night where there was a lack of staff maybe idk but not the norm.

I had not been to Ruth’s Chris for 10 years. I was very surprised to find that the food had really declined in every way. The calamari was absolutely swimming in the overpowering chili sauce, the prime ribeye was tough w no flavor, salad was dry and the baked potato was terrible. It wasn’t fluffy. It was old and had a brownish gold color to it?? The sea bass was good and the asparagus was good. The steak was perfectly cooked.. but it was not a good cut. Our reservation was at 830 pm. We probably got a 4pm potato. I was very disappointed in a $265 dinner for 2.

We have been dining at Ruth Chris about 25 years only missing during outbreak of Covid in 2000. The experience is special to us for these many years. Our server for many of those years has been Matthew who is excellent, very professional and tends to any needs we have the ambience is the very best overlooking the river. The staff including the manager seems to be professional and knowledgeable. The operation is well organized given how busy the restaurant is especially on Saturdays. I believe given all the above comments Ruth Chris will not disappoint couples looking for a special dining experience.

This is our go-to place for celebrations. Yesterday was no different as it was our anniversary. It was awesome that we were able to make same-day reservations without having to wait an extended period of time. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Special shout-out to Brian our server. He was efficient and friendly. I ordered the filet mignon petite, and it was so very tender and tasty. I loved that the staff took time to help us celebrate our anniversary. Thank you, Brian, for our complementary dessert. It felt a little crowded, but it was understandable as it's a popular place and it was a Saturday afternoon.

Overall, it was a good experience as usual. Great service. The cook on our meat was a little overdone for how we ordered but still tasty. The shoestring potatoes are usually nice and crisp, but this time, they were soggy. Everything else was great.

Insulting!!!! Our server Matt personally insulted our table with a “I don’t give a F$*%” to a very serious conversation. Food was not up to par!! Steak was not sizzling and was over cooked. Sad. Will not return!
