It was great this June tasting was the third time I’ve attended Ann Ruth Chris wine pairing event and it was as good as the others. excellent outstanding food just the one pasta dish with the red sauce didn’t have enough flavor it was watered down and lacking body but the rest of it was excellent and it was so good that the pasta dish it just wasn’t as good as of the the rest of the dishes in my opinion ., The wait staff were absolutely tremendous as always.the representative with the wine company was very knowledgeable and so friendly and accommodating. I will definitely go back to another one.

We were celebrating my sister’s birthday. This may be petty, but I ordered two martinis(pomegranate and lemon)both came in non-martini glasses. My sister ordered a martini and hers came in a martini glass. I found it odd. The sweet potato casserole was good, but not its usual. Same for the sea bass. Overall was a nice night. Our waiter and waitress gave good service but the place was packed and they were stretched a little thin. My dining experience was not bad by any means, but it wasn’t the great top-notch experience that I’m used to having from Ruth’s Chris.

The restaurant was overbooked and had to wait 25 minutes before we were sat for our reservation. The server seemed to be over seated as the attentiveness was not what we were used to. The drinks took a while to come from the bar. The food came out timely but had to send an item back. Overall the experience was good, but the minor things were out of the norm for what we have previously experienced with Ruth Chris.

There were two of us at dinner and we both had the small fillet. It was done perfectly. The salads were fine as usual however they seem to be out of a variety of different bottled wine. All in all a good restaurant but not up to the par of Ruth’s Chris in Miami or Palm Beach. Pictured is the chop salad I think you can find it underneath.

My husband and I have eaten at other Ruth Chris steak houses and this has been the worst of all. My husband’s mushrooms were not cooked of his appetizer. His steak was over cooked and my sea bass was raw in the middle. The potato au gratin was very poor in taste. For $400 you should get high quality. Very disappointed.

Everyone was very kind and working hard just the normal shortages in staff. There was no way they could provide the same level of service that is typical at Ruth’s Chris. Hopefully staffing gets better and all is back to 5 stars!

From the time we walked through the entrance, we were greeted, seated and served with professionalism, and with the utmost courtesy. I ordered the ribeye. I could instantly tell the way it just melted in my mouth it was nothing but USDA Prime. My wife ordered the Surf and Turf (Lobster Tail and Filet). Both were cooked and tasted excellent to her. Our visit to Ruth’s Chris was what you would expect from a Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse……Perfection. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience!

It was our 25th anniversary and I told them that when I made the reservation. They didn't do the typical "fluff" garnishments to the table for our celebration. However, our waiter Nicholas asked if we were celebrating anything and when we told him, he promptly returned with rose petals for our table. They have blush zinfandel (wifes favorite) on their wine list but there was none in the building. Overall the dinner was very nice, thanks largely to our fantastic waiter. Although we frequent his restaurant, this was the first time that my steak was improperly cooked and was filled with gristle. We both ordered the filet and lobster tail but my wife was given shrimp instead. Nicholas quickly remedied that and allowed us to have both! Every restaurant has an off night and while the food was nothing special, the staff was fantastic. We will return in the next couple of weeks and Im sure the food will be back to normal.

Went with our daughter who is leaving for a study abroad program to Italy. Arrived at 7:30 for our reservation, and left at 10:30. They were really busy for a late Sunday night. Food was great and service was good. We ordered Strip Steaks, au gratin potatoes and brussels. Stuffed mushrooms for appetizer. All in all, it was good!
