Great service by Martin. Always wonderful food. Fun location. Both managers, Hailey and Katie stopped by to say hi. David, the bar back also added to a memorable experience. Everything was perfect.

The food quality and service was excellent as one has become accustomed to with Ruth's Chris. However, the pricing has gotten way too high which seems to have begun when Darden purchased the chain; a common Darden tactic when acquiring a new chain. I have been a Ruth's Chris #1 supporter for over 20 years and have always taken the position they are the very best. But now good quality and service is available from several other chains and local restaurants, so the exorbitant prices are making me consider other special occasion venues.

I've been a big fan of Ruth Chris for sometime now and the one in Indy didn't disappoint me. From the service to the decor to the food everything was FANTASTIC. I got the lambchops and they were tender and broiled to perfection. I highly recommended this place.

Our waiter was off his game. Placed food in front of wrong folks. Did not place orders as discussed. Tip was auto included. For the price was not near the experience we would have expected. We still made it a great time with family and friends. Will pass on Ruth Chris going forward.

Came down for the IHSAA football Championships. Mike was our bartender/server. Very friendly, attentive to our needs and made sure to inform us of the daily specials. We also were checked on by the floor Supervisor. We love this Ruth Chris location and we’ll continue to patronize this location because of the 5 star service. The food; as usual was top notch!

Tried multiple times to get our entire party seated together but couldn’t even though two tables beside my other part were empty. People behind us had the same issue of having their party separated too. Hostess forgot about us as we were waiting to be seated (the rest of my party had already been seated and said they would seat us when the other hostess came back). Had to remind hostess we were still waiting. Ordered the Special and it was bland, carrots were under cooked. Nice restaurant and valet was nice. Overpriced for what you get.

We came here for Thanksgiving and had a pretty terrible experience. On the whole, service was horrible. They weren’t slow, just very unkind and made us feel like a burden. The food was also very underwhelming but we could have looked past that if our waiter had just been even remotely friendly. It was definitely the last time we’ll be eating there.

Our service was very subpar. Dishes weren’t cleared, food runners were confused about where food went, service was slow and missed the mark on the “little things” that makes the experience special. Food was amazing as always.

We were staying downtown to celebrate our anniversary. We chose to dine at Ruth’s Chris. Everything about our dining experience was perfect! Special touches like the “Happy Anniversary” sign on our table to the lovely dessert wishing us “Happy Anniversary”! Our waiter, David, was very polished and friendly. We had questions about the restaurant beginnings and the clientele they serve. Without mentioning any names, he gave us examples of celebrities that have dined there on occasion. It was a perfect celebration for us!
