   This was our first time dining at a Ruth’s Chris restaurant. We chose it to celebrate a birthday. There were five people in our party. Making the reservation was easy. I received updates as the date got closer. We dined during the day and probably due to the holiday, the restaurant wasn’t busy. Bad for the restaurant but we enjoyed it. The side room we were in was very nice. It had a folding glass door that we had open while we were there. The seats were comfortable, the room was pretty. There was a television on the wall, not on because we didn’t want or need the use of it. I kind of wish there was a piece of artwork to hide the tv when not in use. It made me feel like I was home rather than an upscale restaurant. Our server was amazing! He helped understand the menu and ordering, explained the food and cooking style of the person preparing the steaks, helped us with out spice and sauce questions. He was friendly, helpful, and fun! He kept our beverages replenished and took away items as needed without being intrusive. I really liked that. A member of our party commented how much he enjoyed the flavor of his salad dressing. We all enjoyed our steak, and my husband had a crab cake and chicken breast. He shared a bit of his crab cake and chicken with me and we both thought they were outstanding. Two of our party had the shoestring potatoes with our steaks. We both thought they were pretty good, but kind of difficult to eat since they are so thin and crispy. I found it easier to eat them by putting catsup over them then scooping them up from underneath with my fork. The loaves of sourdough bread were very good. Our birthday lady was pleasantly surprised when served a platter with Happy Birthday written in chocolate, a chocolate tart cup with chocolate mousse! Very sweet of the restaurant to do that. Thank you! I would happily dine at this, or any of the Ruth’s Chris locations, in the future.

   Steaks were incredible, service was fantastic and overall a great experience. Will definitely be back. Don’t remember our servers name, but we were seated in the bar on Sunday night (May 28th) and he did greet.

   High-end, upscale steakhouse. You get what you pay for. Excellent service (though it was crowded so it was a bit slow), superb cuts of meat, delicious sides. Mashed potatoes a bit runny but still tasty. Not a place for a cheap date, but perfect for special occasions.

   Service was good I have been a customer for years but they be noticed the quality of food and the way it’s cooked has gone down. Asked for med rare and steak was overcooked by a lot. Asked the server she told me it’s a busy weekend kinda get what you get. And she wasn’t rude she just said they very super busy

    I had a wonderful daily experience here!! I said, at the bar with my father, the drinks were absolutely fabulous, and Ryan and Shawna took amazing care of us! Exceptional service and food!

    Before dinner we went to the bar. It was early but there was a lot maybe looked like too many bartenders behind the bar. The hostess was so nice, we had a reservation and shown to our table. Jocelyn our server was excellent, she had good communication and gave recommendations. Salad, steak and drinks were outstanding. Mashed potatoes were thin like they had too much milk added. Crème brûlée was delicious. My water glass was never empty . Great night!

    What an erosion of food and presentation quality compared to my last visit pre-COVID….while prices went up big time. Something I keep noticing everywhere in the US. US used to be cheap compared to Switzerland where I live. Not anymore.

    Another excellent meal! From the lobster voodoo to the nuts and berries (fun and delicious after dinner drink) everything was wonderful. Martin was welcoming and knowledgeable, each person that visited the table seemed to truly care about our experience. Tonight’s dinner was a pre show meal, Clue at IRT was fantastic, and CD we will be back as soon as possible!

    Our experience at this Ruths Chris location is always enjoyable. Steaks are cooked perfectly, service is attentive and professional. Unfortunately, they no longer offer lobster tail on the menu. The Paraduxx wine selection, recommended by our waiter, Caleb, was excellent.

    We went for my husband’s 40th birthday. We got there early and had a drink at the bar. Then they came and got us to be seated! Paige was our waitress and she was so sweet and very helpful! The restaurant is dark and loud. Luckily we were sat in a corner so it wasn’t terrible but still loud! Food was amazing… They did a surprise dessert for my husband’s bday!

    First Steak was poorly prepared and over seasoned. The second ribeye was perfect, but at that point I was the only one still eating which was awkward. Server was friendly and informed. Overpriced.
