    The servers were all very nice but were incredibly slow. Everything was slow and I was one of the first customers there. A manager never came by to check it I would have let them know. Steak was hard and over cooked. It was my birthday and that was listed in the reservation and no one said a word about it. A very poor experience for the level of a Ruth’s Chris.

    We’ve been to Ruth Chris many times and we have never been disappointed. Last night we went on our date night and had a wonderful experience. We had an experienced waiter and a training waitress. Both were amazing!!

    Nice atmosphere and very good service. Two issues for management: the wine list on the tablet they gave us was outdated. They didn’t have wines on the list, and several wines they did have in their beautiful wine-rack were not on the list. I just picked one from the wall rack. The server opened the Cabernet and then put it on ice! This is not a server problem- it is a management/training failure!

    Food is always Ruth’s Chris standard, especially the steak and the stuffed chicken. Sometimes feels noisy because of the way dinning room is. Solid restaurant and best steak in Huntsville. If you have a bigger party and want to do family style, make sure order enough.
