Took my parents here for my dad's 80th birthday. Servers were very cordial, food was excellent, service was excellent. Have eaten here many times and have never been disappointed. Would highly recommend for a quality dining experience and pleasant atmosphere.

It was my first time at a Ruth’s Chris, and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. My boyfriend and I went there for my birthday. The service was impeccable and all of the food was delicious. Cocktails were strong and delicious as well. They even threw in a free comp dessert for my birthday. Will definitely be back!

Service was horrible. Timing was off on the food. Bea was not pleasant nor did she remember our anniversary which is why we went to RC. Never checked back to see if we were enjoying each course. And she NEVER pre bussed the table. Hubby never received his glass of wine til he was 75%done with his steak meal. I’ll never go back. The wait staff doesn’t make it a fine dining experience and longer. Had the same problem back in November. Will NOT GO BACK to this location .

We were disappointed. First time at this location. Service was nothing special. We went for our anniversary meal but should have went to Longhorns. My strip had a rank flavor. My wife’s fillet was too tough to cut with the knife. The second one was good but not butter knife tender. Sides were okay. The whole meal was a disappointment and a waste of $200.

There were diners in tee shirts and old jeans. It takes away from the "special occasion" feel. The food is not worth the prices. I would recommend it to a friend, but would warn them of the prices.

My wife and I decided to dine in here for our 16th year anniversary. The setting we like because the lights were not bright and we love to dress up. A little soft music playing in the background at a very low volume. We order calamari for our appetizers which was good and a big enough portion for two people. My wife main dish was the lamp chops with Brussels sprouts. She enjoyed the main course but it is over price for the portion size. I order the pork chop steam broccoli. My meal was very good but over price for the portion size. At the price for the main dish then it should include a side with it or increase the portion size. Overall we had a good experience and will come back again in the future.

Overall, the food was good but the chopped salad, which is normally great, lacked flavor this time. The salmon was only warm and a bit fishy tasting.

It was a first time experience for both my daughter and I. Sorry I waited so long. A quiet environment and a friendly staff. Excellent choices on the menu and the food was perfectly prepared. An extensive wine list is also available for those so inclined. All in all, a very pleasant dining experience.

Atmosphere was great, service was superb but unobtrusive. Food was fantastic. Brought my wife here for her birthday after J Alexander couldn’t even get us seated for our reservation the day before. Ruth’s Chris never disappoints have eaten at several and the all perform above and beyond. Would give 10 stars if I could. Just superior and superb.

Our waiter was very knowledgeable with the menu and very respectful. Food was amazing. One thing that was confusing was my husband was served a big steak in a very small plate. He would cut his steak very carefully to make sure it won’t fall off the plate. Other than that everything was amazing. We had a great anniversary!

My wife and I frequent this Ruth’s Chris restaurant and this visit celebrating our 25th anniversary was the very best from beginning to end. Our server, Angel, and team took such great care of us. We will definitely request Angel for future visits. The food and drinks were exceptional and prepared exactly how we requested it. Ruth’s Chris In Huntsville exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to everyone.

Overall great experience! This was our first time at this location and it was great. Our waitress was pleasant and the ambiance was nice. I would recommend, however, a more enforced dress code. For this type of dining experience, tennis shoes and jeans should also be on the list of “what not to wear”.

Had a great experience but food was just ok. Hostess and manager was very accommodating since are party of 5 became 2 and then back to 5 while we had already started eating. They switched us to a bigger table without hesitation. Our server Demetria was great and worked with all of us. Unfortunately the food was just ok. For the cost of a steak and lobster plus appetizers I expected better quality. Calamari was overcooked and bland, New York strip had no taste, and lobster was mushy. I didn’t want to send anything back since everyone had be so accommodating. One person in our group got sick the next day from the fish she ordered. This was my second time dining at this Ruth Cris and was not pleased with the FOOD. I’ve always enjoyed my food at OTHER Ruth Cris that I’ve dined at, so I feel that the issue is with the kitchen.

The food, service and ambiance were outstanding. While it is a given that Ruth’s Chris restaurants are expensive and that monetary inflation is currently high, I felt that most of the menu items were priced too high.
