I took my wife to Ruth’s Chris on Monday Night for her Birthday and the entire experience was top-level. The atmosphere was amazing. The steaks were delicious and cooked to perfection! The waitstaff was friendly and attentive. Steve, the General Manager checked on us twice to make sure our experience was above and beyond. That was our first time but, will not be our last!
We had fabulous service by several waiters/attendants. We received an extra side (sweet potato casserole) as the excellent waitress, Kasey C, was discussing with me. Every appetizer (we got 3) and every steak and side was superb! I've been here several times and always enjoyed the atmosphere and truly great service and food! It's a bit pricey but very good food.
We were celebrating our anniversary. The restaurant and wait staff went out of their way to acknowledge our special event. Rose petals on the table and a remembrance photo. Service was superb and the food excellent as usual. Highly recommended for a special night out.
We had a great experience for our anniversary. They put rose petals on the table which was nice. The service was top notch and our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu. I got the bone in filet which was amazing but next time I’d rather get a regular filet or a ribeye. I also got shrimp on top my steak and it was good. We got broccoli and sweet potato casserole as our sides. Next time we will get one more side. We didn’t want to dessert but they brought us out a complementary small dessert which was very nice. For two people the bill came out to $150 before tip with no alcohol and no dessert. They do have Restaruant week sometimes too. All in all it was a very good experience.
I used to frequent this location ALL the time.
Stopped going bc 1) the last few trips the steaks were not cooked properly. 2) there are other very good steak restaurants in the area (Fleming’s, J Gilbert’s).
Decided to give it another shot. And you know what happened? One steak done to perfection, the other was ordered as medium and came back rare/med-rare.
It’s a steak place for heaven’s sake! Learn how to cook them already.
We love Ruth's Chris. While it is expensive, it is worth every penny. Our seafood tower was beautiful and delicious. One of our guests had the Waygu steak, she said it was the best steak she'd ever had. Creme brulee and cheesecakes are outstanding desserts.
My boyfriend loves this place. We came me here often because we love the food. I had a petite ribeye and he had the wagyu ribeye (special - only grass fed option). I asked for medium and he had medium rare. We wanted both steaks to be Pittsburgh style. When I got my steak, it was not as charred as his and I asked the waitress to take it back. Which she politely obliged. When I got my steak, it was not medium. It was well done. No pink at all. Very disappointed. I should have asked to take it back but at this point, I did not see the need. I had already asked to take it back because it was not charred and I did not want them to spit at my food.
It has been many years since I had visited this steakhouse. I had forgotten how good it was! I started with shrimp cocktail - 4 large shrimp with a spicy cocktail sauce. Delicious! I chose the ribeye as my entree coupled with the Brussels sprouts. The flavor of both were incredible! Despite being full I couldn't pass up their rendition of banana cream pie with carmelized bananas on top. It tasted as good as it looked. Our server and the entire staff were very attentive too. We will be back.
We had a 6:45 reservation, where they sat us right away. The waitress was awesome and very knowledgeable of the foods and drinks. I highly recommend this place for a night out of good food and drinks. It's a little pricey but worth every penny as the food was exceptional.
I've been dining at Ruth's Chris for many years. Ruth's Chris is second to none when it comes to a high end dining experience! Best known for their mouth watering steaks their is also many other delicious options on their menu. The ambiance is quiet and upscale for your special occasion butThe bar is also great if you don't feel like dressing up but you want that wonderful food! Ruth's Chris is as good as it gets for dinner! Five stars in all categories in my opinion and I've been everywhere!!
EXCEPTIONAL... The Seafood tower out of this world as well as the saffron veal Ravioli. Awesome French Onion Soup with great Blue Cheese on House salad. Grilled Asparagus with Hollandaise sauce with sauteed mushrooms complemented the 22oz Ribeye and Strip Steak cooked to perfection exactly as ordered. Desserts Creme Brulee to die for as well as the sweet cream with berries followed by espresso with Sambuca. What a fabulous dining experience 10 Starts to Waiters Marc and Kasey helped by Dennis and even Adam the manager came over to check on our time there. Again EXCEPTIONAL
Very expensive , for what you get. This was my second and last time there, wasn't impressed the first time, but gave it another shot.
Steaks were ordered the same and one came out raw!
Never going back , I've had much better steaks on my grill at home
