Always great service and food cooked to order. Never disappoints.

We were seated right away. Bread was brought to the table and we waited for a server approximately ten minutes. When we asked for water he said that he was sorry and was “sharing” the room. The noise level was such that we couldn’t hear the server. It was just off. We spent over 300$ for a party of two. The steaks were awesome, the sides were just ok. Very disappointed, it didn’t live up to what I remembered. The reservation was made months in Advance and were not seated in the main restaurant but in a side room.

It was expensive; but, the food and service were exceptional. It was comfortable and my wife and I enjoyed the experience.

Food is delicious, both the steaks and the sides, service is competent and corteous, the wine list is comprehensive, and the atmosphere is classical for steak house. Fantastic choice for a special occasion.

Service was not good. Took forever to order and felt like they forgot about us the whole time we where there. Requested the main dinning room but they put us in the side room corner table. Not a great fit for a table of 6 adults.

We had a leisurely Easter dinner at Ruth's Chris with exceptional service from Sheila and her partner (I apologize that I don't recall his name!). The food is always consistently good as are the cocktails but the service is what makes this restaurant stand out.

Never disappointed at Ruth’s Chris. Our waiter Ken was awesome. The food was outstanding and we had a great evening.

Its was good but not great. If you think this place is 5 stars you lack understanding of a great restaurant and do not have a refined palette. Everything was LOADED with butter! I will never go back. I dont mind spending money on great food but the food did NOT match the price. Everything was just okay. The ambiance was terrible and very clostrophobic. If you compare this place to anywhere in NYC it falls short just about on every level and it seems more expensive. Dont waste your time. This is a restaurant that people who think chilis is great, love. The presentation is laughable with their hot plates that look like they came from the garbage. The plates look dirty and not elegant. Surprised this place even still exists. This is exactly what you get from a chain restaurant though so im really not that shocked.

One of our very favorite restaurants. Food and service are excellent. Just a wonderful place to go to celebrate a special occasion.

Great meal. Petite filet was well done vs medium but it was promptly corrected. Excellent steaks.

Awesome. We were delayed seating due to the previous party taking 40minutes more time than thought. The manager thanked us for our patience in a wonderful delicious way.

The food is served on hot plates and it’s amazing how long the filet and veggies stayed hot, while not continuing to cook! This is the only place I’ve been to that does this, and I eat out regularly!

Our dinner was excellent. The sea bass was delicious. The rest of the group had steaks and they were all delighted. The desserts were amazing. Our server, Sheila was awesome. From entering the restaurant all the way through the meal everyone was very pleasant and attentive.

We were there on time and waited for everyone else to be seated, even people that came after us ( only two people like us)! The waiter was not entirely enthusiastic. We were placed with two people in the middle of all these loud big parties (7-8 people)! Noise was intolerable! Definitely not worth the bang for the bucks!

Ruths chris ruins it for everyone else. Superb steaks, superb food in general, and the desserts ain't bad either!! Love this place! : )

Not very impressed except for our waitress! Extremely over priced bring two wallets much better options available with better value! Won't see me again in this lifetime!!!

Valentines Day dinner

Fantastic meal!

Outstanding food, outstanding waiters/waitresses, special requests are welcome. This place ruins it for everyone else, not kidding, and I eat out 3 - 5 times a week! The creme brulee and berries with creme are to die for! If I call a head a couple days and request a certain dessert (key Lime Pie) that isn't on their normal menu they will make it for me. Quality has a price, and it's well worth it! : )

We reserved at Ruth's Chris for my son's 18th birthday as he has visited the restaurant multiple times with his girlfriend and her grandparents. He always has had a great experience and loves the food, so it made sense to want to take him here for his special day. I had informed the restaurant in advance (through Open Table) that it was his birthday, so they had placed mardi gras beads on the table. The waiter was very prompt and friendly, and we put in our orders within 10 minutes of being seated. We only order dinners, no appetizers or anything special. The dining room began to fill in steadily after that, and after 45 minutes or so, my son noticed that the tables who were seated after us already had their meals. My daughter noticed the same and suggested that we attempt to find our waiter to determine what was taking our meals so long. We found the waiter after 5 minutes, and he apologized and said dinner would be out in "two minutes" and he apologized for the wait. Ten minutes later, our food arrived. The meal was very good, as to be expected, but my son, who rarely gets upset about anything, was very disappointed as he expected much better service and did not feel that this was being treated as a special occasion. My son also said that normally the manager would go from table to table checking in on the diners, and this did not occur. I spoke with the manager who listened and asked what he could do to rectify the situation, and I suggested that he come say happy birthday to my son as he would recognize him from past visits. The manager apologized for the wait and sent dessert for the table, a kind gesture although the desserts were not that good, to be honest. As far as my son is concerned, the experience put a bad taste in his mouth (pun intended) and would make him reconsider future visits, for himself, us, his girlfriend and her grandparents. The manager should have offered to at least comp my son's meal.

Julian was a fantastic waiter! Attentive and friendly making sure our water was never low and our meals were perfect.

1st time eating there, Food was excellent and piping hot.
Dessert was very good also.

Ruth's Chris is always consistent in our experience, the food, service and wait staff is always outstanding.

Always guaranteed good service, great food and a relaxed atmosphere. Celebrated our
Anniversary and the perfect place to do so. Will be taking a friend here for her very special
birthday in a couple of weeks.

We had drinks, apps, salads, dinner and dessert and every course was great. Food was delivered quickly and hot, I thought they were very efficient (food runners, water was always filled, crumbs removed etc)

Drink menu was awesome! They have a lot of hand crafted beverages, mojitos & martini's were what really caught my eye!

Highly recommended, works for any occasion special evening, date night or something celebratory!

The restaurant was cold the tables are close together and the food had no taste and was not cooked properly would avoid this restaurant at all costs.

Never had a bad meal here. Would like to go once a week.

Birthday dinner for my wife. Bad weather on a Wednesday contributed to a light crowd, which was nice and quiet for us. Food and service were great. We have been here many times and the food has been consistently excellent without exception. U

RC is one of our favorite “go to’s,” however NYEve 2017 was subpar. Timing was off, waited a while for water (and in between courses), wrong appetizer, main entree took unusually long (sounded like they forgot to put it in). Despite that, the food is always consistent and it was that evening. We left a great tip, anyway. Hey, everyone has a bad night every now and then. Here’s to 2018!
