The manager stopped by our table and thanked us for choosing Ruth Chris before we had our food. All three of us were very disappointed with the food. The crab cakes were a bit fishy and bland. The lobster bisque was not hot so the waitress got a new bowl that was hot but still not very flavorful. My steak was too pink...the waitress told me that the steaks continue to cook on the hot five hundred degrees plate. She assured me that it would be near well done. The lobster was rock hard and not very good. My husband ordered the bone in filet and my brother ordered the ribeye. His ribeye had an awful lot of fat that he cut out and my husband's bone in fillet was difficult to cut away from the bone. We ordered the corn and garlic mashed potatoes to share. There was not enough garlic in the mashed potatoes. The complimentary birthday dessert was very nice. We have dined at Ruth's Chris in a few different locations and the food has always been outstanding. This was the first time at this location. It was difficult getting around the parking area and quite expensive. 40 dollars for valet parking seems extreme. It was a disappointing evening. The restaurant was large and very handsome and seemed very clean. I would suggest that you get a new ice machine or special cleaning as the ice tasted odd and smelled awful.

Birthday celebration with my fiancé and friends and seated at the window which was perfect. The food was excellent but the noise from a large party was unexpected which was a little annoying. The main entree was also a little slow being brought out but was worth the wait.

Sat at the bar for our dinner as we have for over a decade. The bartenders are great as always! We have built relationships with the regular bartender's and prefer to sit at the bar for their conversation and to maybe watch a game.
