Steak was cooked perfectly. The brussel sprouts were amazing. Portions very big. This was My first trip and will not be the last! Marissa our server was very attentive.

When we receive our appetizer and our sides they were room temperature. Like the waiter forgot them. And the waiter didn’t refill our drinks. I’ve been to many of Ruth Chris but this was not my best experience.

We had a 6:30 reservation and we were not seated until 7:05. We then waited another 50 minutes for our food to arrive. Absolutely ridiculous! It seems to be their priority to seat walk-ups instead of those who have reservations. What’s the point of making a reservation?

Hostess constantly play w/long blonde hair and enters kitchen frequently. Come on time wait come late wait come early wait. Tables are reserved empty some unexplained rationale. Food very good a bit prices. Kitchen entry should be screened so diners don’t need to be distracted by swinging doors.

It was an excellent meal and our waiter was great. The only problem is the table close to our booth had 2 small children, who were fussy. That in itself is why my rating was not 4 stars and above across the board. A restaurant where a meal for two is $300+ should not allow children.

Every steak ordered cooked improperly. Servers “auctioned off food”, totally not a luxury experience. Drinks took over 30 minutes without the restaurant appearing very busy.

The crab cakes were just average and a bit cool for fresh cooked. Potatoes in the Augratin were still a bit crispy and slightly undercooked. Salad and filet were perfect. Wine was a bit pricy, but good. Service was great....

I love Ruth Chris and I am so glad that this location lives up to the Ruth Chris Brand. Food was excellent! Andrea our server was awesome. I was celebrating my birthday like I had done for the past five years. I do have one complaint please bring back the Apple strudel as a dessert option. I loved that as my complimentary birthday dessert! However I would gladly pay for it if it was a regular offering on the menu. The staff advised they average approximately 5 request a week for this dessert.

appetizer was crab cakes and they were outstanding. we also had ribeye and garlic mash potatoes. potatoes were good but we could not taste any garlic. steak was cooked perfect and was very tender. waiter was fantastic!

The food and service were wonderful. We would have preferred to not be sat in the bar area. There was a big bowl game on so the fans were really into it and we were expecting a nice “date night” dinner. Other than that, it was great.

The bar servers were not attentive . Did not take care of the guests, we had to ask for for everything. My husbands dinner was delivered and I had to ask for mine! My meal had never been ordered and when it finally was ordered it took at least 20 minutes, I had 2 appetizers ! After all that the manager did comp our meal, which was nice but the whole experience was a bummer.

It's very pricy - but so are the other restaurants at Harrah's. Otherwise, it's the best place to eat there. And it is so good!

The steak was amazing and the prices aren’t terrible. The kitchen was behind so we did have to wait a bit for our entrees but our server Judy was very sweet and made the experience better. Overall the dinner was good and my partner and I will come back again.

Not what one would expect from Ruth’s Chris. I get that it’s in the middle of a casino but the price is the same. The food and service is not as good as other Ruth’s Chris restaurants I have been to.

We were there early, 4:00 so it ws quiet. Petite filet did not disappoint. Husband got NY Strip Steak…equally wonderful. Love Ruth’s. We go there every time we’re at the Casino.

The lobster Biss was not quite warm enough. Chop salad was great. My ribeye steak was cooked perfectly and it was very tender. Cheesecake dessert was well done meaning it was cute and tasty.
