Every server etc that came by table wished us Happy Birthday! Food perfect! Ambiance great! Love coming to Cherokee Restaurant! So much better than the one in Greensboro!

Service was great.
Steaks may have been mixed up, very tough for a filet and over cooked.
A little let down that we indicated honeymoon, but nothing was done.
Mashed potatoes and shrimp appetizer were delicious!

Wife’s steak steak was good , shrimp was not edible. My shrimp in garlic sauce was barely edible and looked like something you would get at a cheap seafood restaurant fo $12.95. 2nd bad experience at this restaurant, will not be back.

I had king crab,mashed potatoes and cream spinach, king crab portion was small but very good. My husband had prime filet and asked for it medium well. Unfortunately it came well done and took two small bites and left the rest. When waiter came he asked if we wanted a box and explained it was overcooked. He at that point asked if we wanted a drink being steak wasn’t good. At that point we just asked for the check. I do believe for that price he should have been offered a partial credit being I was finished eating .

What a wonderful place for incredible steak. I highly suggest a reservation on the weekends

We had a stellar experience at Ruth's Chris - our server was attentive but not annoying, we were given water and bread almost immediately upon being seated, we were offered beverage refills at good intervals, the server was very familiar with the menu and could offer information and recommendations. The food was delicious, as always.

We have never been disappointed in the service, the ambience, or the wonderful food we have eaten at Ruth's Chris Harrah's Cherokee.

When you spend 150.00 dollars on dinner you don’t expect to see your filet on a plate by itself. 1 piece of meat no garnishing on any kind. Underneath or around just a piece of meat on a plate very disappointing you could have done something to make it look appetizing at the least won’t go back

We had heard great reviews from others prior to going. We were on a getaway and had just been to some other steakhouses prior. Overall the food was pretty good. But if comparing to other high end steakhouses it falls short for me. It was a good steak but have definitely had better and for less.

Dinner was delicious. Ordered from the prix fixe menu and the value was excellent Service was great. Will definitely be back.

Meal was not what I expected. I would choose outback Over this anytime. I was expecting to walk out with the “it was worth every penny” I would save my money next visit and eat at the food court. Service was great food a big disappointment.

All was well with our visit, with two exceptions...steak was a bit overcooked..not enough to have it recooked. The pricing seems still too much for the end result. Two adults..$146. At.

The atmosphere is excellent. We had an enjoyable meal. I didn't love the bone-in filet, but it tasted good. I would most likely have preferred the boneless version. Dessert was exceptional.

As expected, the prices were fairly high for what you get.

It was amazing. We each had the cowboy ribeyes, cooked perfect, didn't need any sauce. It was our 20th Anniversary Dinner. We Will be back. Service was good considering how busy they were. It was day before Valentine's.

Our favorite restaurant in or near Cherokee, NC. We come here as often as we can when in the area. The NY Strip is our go to steak. Enjoy!

My experience was phenomenal, the waitress was energetic and very knowledgeable. The food was fantastic, I literally cut my rib eye with a fork!

Best Steak you won’t find anywhere else. We love visiting on special occasions and the atmosphere is so nice

I was very underwhelmed with the steak. They boast an 1800° oven yet my steak had no crust whatsoever. I was told after the fact by my server that I could have gotten the crusting if I’d asked for it a certain way (which was not mentioned to me when ordering). I assumed a place that rested its laurels on such a hot broiler and a 500° plate would have a crust without asking for it. I had to wait to order a drink and my food came but my server took several minutes to come and check on me as I was in need of salt and pepper. The meal was good, but for $150 a person I really expected more attention to detail.

Food wasn’t as good as normal. Steak was medium well and asked for medium. Salad was extremely over dressed. Waitress was very nice and attentive.
