I made reservations and requested that my wife and I sit in a secluded area. Once we arrived to the restaurant we were sat in a secluded area, which was nice. The food was okay compared to the other times we came here. Hopefully, the overall experience was nice.

We had 7 people in our group for my brother’s 30th birthday!! Jamal was an excellent host he stayed on top of our drinks and paid attention to my dad cutting his steak which his steak wasn’t right but Jamal fixed his order with no hesitation!

Expensive
Ordered ribeye, not fatty but grisly. Fed 1/2 to my dog . Salad was a joke $14.00 heritage tomatoes cheese 2 slice romaine lettuce fed to my chickens. Mmm
Insulting price especially to feed animals that were insulted too.

I believe we were seated at 7:20. We were never acknowledged. At 7:45 we informed the Hostess of the problem and left and will never return to this establishment (sorry establishment is too kind), place again.

There is no reason why at least one side or a salad isn’t included for the price charged for a NY Strip. Nearly $50 for the steak and they can’t let a little side salad be included ! My wife got the petit fillet (again no side with a $50 steak !) it was cooked to order but not a as tender as it should be. Service was good and attentive. We had total of 3 drinks, 2 steaks and 2 salads ; over $200 out the door ! If you want to impress with price this place will do, but there are better steaks for the money in the area.

Our experience was excellent. Last New Year’s Eve we went to the Greenville downtown location and will never go back there. The noise level was horrendous. However, the RC there at Roper Mountain was a marvelous experience!

Food and service were above par. We were seated within 5 minutes of our reservation time. It did take a lot of time in between courses as well as getting our drinks refilled.

Christmas Eve celebration. Kitchen was seemingly slammed although we dined at 5 pm. Orders confused and soups & sides were lukewarm. Steaks, however, were cooked perfectly.

I had a shocker here. I can't believe that they do not have a gluten-free menu or even any way to identify gluten-free options. Our waitress had no clue so she got another guy that we assumed was her supervisor. The gentleman then starts recommending things like soups that would have gluten thickener. When questioned it was really obvious that he had no clue about gluten free either. I was just shocked. Even low end restaurants have identified gluten free options. Very disappointed.

The food was amazing, the dining room was beautifully lit and the interactive ipad at the table to help put visuals to food was a great idea. The wait is a tad longer but that is to be expected I think of the food and how fresh and well presented it was. Overall a great experience for a first timer.

Husband's birthday was today. We shanghaied him as a surprise. I had the cowboy and my husband had 22 oz burbon st. style, both recommended by one of the managers. My son had the shrimp and grits. A dish as simple and southern as that looked amazing. We were catered to, waited upon like we were rock stars and we were given a semi private table. We love this place. Our waiter Josh was superb. He didn't hover, but almost had a sixth sense as to when we needed him...even when we didn't know we needed him. The chefs in that kitchen must be some sort wizrds...because the skills they have are like other worldly. For the ambience, service and outstanding quality it is head and shoulders above any restaurant we have been to.

The steak was a cowboy ribeye which one side was cooked medium and the other side was hardly cooked at all.
The Bone in Filet was over cooked.
The corn was not the same as we had had before.
The sides came out cold and differently served than previous Ruth Chris we had visited a few months prior.
Dessert and coffee was great.

Made reservations for 2 nov28 at 12:30. Call at a later date to change to a party of 5 . I don’t know what happened but when we arrived they said our reservations was for 5:30. They seated us but we were embarrassed. I had email conformation. Our waiter was less than friendly too. Our pressed coffee was full of coffee grounds. Waiter said sides were shareable but came on the plate. We were scrapping it off to share. Food was wonderful.

Admittedly we were there on Thanksgiving, but I'll never return. Single worse service I've ever had in a restaurant. Had reservations at 5; were seated (2 minutes after I spoke to the receptionist); didn't get wine (it took speaking to the manager) until 5:50. Another 20 minutes before our order was taken. (We figured that the first two waiters had quit or gone home--we never saw them again.) My husband's starter (gumbo) was served soon afterwards, but it was another 10 minutes before my daughter and I received ours (how hard is it to plate a salad?) A bit after 6:20 we got our main course, which was quite okay. But after we had finished, it took 10 minutes before our daughter's plate was removed and another 10 (and speaking to the manager) before another server (we counted eight during the evening) removed ours. We were not happy, and refused dessert. For this (including wine and coke) we paid $180. The restaurant itself was tired looking; chairs were very 1985. It was a most unpleasant experience.

The food was not all cooked as ordered. The side dishes were not served with the meal, there was a 10 minute delay in serving the side ordered my granddaughter ordered. A restaurant that serves a $50.00 steak should never serve an incomplete order. The shoestring fries were not cooked completely.

We may have gone on a bad night. The service was really slow, and I thought we were never going to get out of there. Another waiter came and assisted ours, but that just confused everyone, because they both kept taking our orders. I'm glad that they were trying, but for a $175 meal I expect the best. The food was fine, but you could get the same quality anywhere for a lot less. I've eaten at restaurants with amazing food, you won't find anything amazing at this place. I probably won't be back.

The food was terrible! It was the worse food I’ve ever eaten! My wife and I have eaten at many high end as well as low end steak houses and this was by far the worst! However our sever Doug was amazing!

As usual the food portions are small as seems typical for a high dollar restaurant. Ruth's Chris, like many national chains, does not seem to consider regional and cultural norms as to this element. Thanks to the wait staff who were friendly and entertaining.

We had gone there to remember my husband and the children's father on the 5th anniversary of his death They gave us one of the alcoves which was great. Although we were checked on several times we were also given privacy so we felt free to talk about him freely The food was amazing and so fresh were it applied and age to perfection were applied
