   Whenever I come to Ruth Chris the waiter/waitress is polite and moves in decency in order. When my party walked in the hostess was not pleasant but also leaving she was in her cell phone at the podium while I was trying to ask a question. My parties food came out later than the parties that came after us. They ate their food, left and we still had not received our food. Our party was all there by 7:15 but we did not leave until 10 because we waited so long for our food. The food and appetizers was amazing but the wait staff from the hostess to the waitress that we had were not up to par. Thank you so much and hope to see you all soon with better service.    Great experience per usual! Celebrating my mom’s birthday! She enjoyed, we all did. Makayla was our waitress and she was amazing! Ian was pretty great as well. Thank you!

   Not the best meal I have had there. My steak was overcooked even crunchy. Service was ok. I think she did her best but she had to many tables while also trying to set up and clear tables. This restaurant is usually our go to place for our anniversary but may have to choose differently next year. Left disappointed.

   The service was terrible! I am assuming they saw two young people and thought they wouldn’t know how to tip. This was their prom night and their waitress never came around and offered refills. Her service overall lacked tremendously. The food was good. But the lack of service for the price of the bill- is not acceptable. The past couple times we have visited this location- the service has went down. They have definitely lost our business for good this time!

   I went for my birthday dinner and people really hyped the lobster here because it is nasty and the lobster Mac and cheese is even worse no flavor or taste not salt for the noodles the steak was perfect and the salad

   The wonderful staff made sure we enjoyed a very memorable and lovely 53rd anniversary. The dinner was as delicious and well prepared as always. We wholeheartedly recommend Ruth’s Chris for a special night out!

   Ruth's Chris' level of service is unmatched in Greensboro. Green Valley Grill cannot compare anymore. Every dish is delicious, if its not, they take it personal and will exceed expectations to make it right. This is my go to for a sure thing. Ask for Debbie, she's the Best.

   Everything we ordered was delicious ! The steaks , sweet potato casserole, lamb chops and dessert . I'm getting hungry just remembering the meal. Our waitress was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure all was perfect for us. This place is a MUST DO !!!!!!!!
