Our favorite restaurant! We will always be back! Great food, great service!
One of the best steaks I’ve ever had- the petite filet!
The food was amazing!!! Service was excellent
Great service as always!!!! Would love to see an upgrade in decor but overall always a wonderful experience
Food and the service was excellent! Atmosphere was calm and quiet, which made our baby remain calm and quiet throughout dinner.
The food was succulent and the ambiance was nice. The staff was very attentive and courteous. Our waiter Rob was very professional and knew the menu thoroughly. Very appreciative of everything this evening.
Luv it! Great food and ambiance with an amazing staff. I keep going back as often as I can!
Service was excellent, friendly and attentive, the perfect combination. Steak was cooked to perfection, I give the steak the highest marks possible. The sides were very good, and they did their job, not to outshine the steak. We went with the calamari dish for appetizer and it was ok. Would pass on it the next time. Nice wine list. Overall its one of the better Ruth Chris I've been to. Between the staff and the steak, its worth the visit.
The waitress Debra was very nice and courteous. My wife and I were there to celebrate our 37th wedding anniversary and Debra checked on us often, even though she had several other tables to serve. I noticed she attended all the tables equally, regardless of the size of the party. I have been to other restaurants where the wait staff dotes on the largest party, understandably because of a larger tip. My wife has had a tough year, being diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer and falling and breaking her hip, from which she is still recovering. Debra did not know this, but treated us with exceptional service and made our experience memorable. We plan on going back in August, taking our daughter to celebrate our birthdays, all in August.
Great seafood tower
The taste of the food and service was great. Spicy shrimp is spectacular. I think the price of the side dish of sweet potatoes can be cut in half for the portion received. The dish is long, but no depth.
It was our 20th Anniversary and there was a party at the table behind us and they were so loud that we couldn't hear each other talking. Another table beside us was celebrating an milestone as well. After their third drink, they joined the party table in communication. I feel that parties should be on the other side of the restaurant.
Speaking of drinks. I noted that their wine glasses had twice as much wine in it then ours did.
I appreciate the rose petals and the professionalism of your staff. The service was outstanding. However, it wasn't the ambiance we were expecting.
No, this was not our first visit.
Always a wonderful dining experience. And Debbie is a gem.
We had two waitress. One was very tentative. The main waitress seem like she was rushing and didnt check on us very often. But we visit all the time and normally service is good
Great food and service.
Went to celebrate a birthday and it was really nice. Definitely will be coming back
Out usual great dining experience at Ruth Chris was spoiled by a loud and, at times, out of control youngster at an adjacent table.
Our experience was very good. My only concern, and it was voiced at the time of our visit is that the dress code published on your web site and posted at your facility is not enforced. My recommendation is to change the dress code policy or enforce the one that is currently in place.
Our service was over the top! Best ever! If you get the chance...you should try them out!
My wife and I had our rehearsal dinner here, and the service was so great, we decided to come back for our one year Anniversary. We were not disappointed.
Always a good experience. Not a place to be in a rush but service is always attentive and never had a bad meal.
If I could give service higher I would. The bartender was friendly and got our drinks, servicer did everything to make sure things were perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a more special evening. Ruth’s Chris is Always a step above other restaurants but I feel the service at Greensboro location is always miles ahead of anywhere I’ve ever been!
The food was yummy. The service was a lacking. I had to ask numerous times for a refill on my non-alcoholic beverage and my hubby requested additional mixed drinks a few times as opposed to the waiter asking. Our table was never cleared which was frustrating because we were limited on space. We waited at least 45 mins for our waiter to ever take our appetizer order and weren’t sure why that was. The table next to use was very loud and very drunk which isn’t the restaurants fault but it was still slightly annoying. My steak was good but it was definitely over cooked. I requested medium because I’m pregnant and it came well down. The desserts were delicious. I’m sure we will be back but will likely ask for another waiter.
Great time. Thanks.
Takes way too long for the food to cool down enough to eat.
We love Ruth’s Chris in Greensboro. While the wait staff were fantastic, my wife’s chicken was very rubbery. My steak was
very good food. nice servers. good business climate.
The wait staff was awesome. They were friendly and very prompt.
Service was not on par with pricing. Entrees were excellent. Sides, not so much. Noisy, whiny children was not what we were looking to experience on our fifteenth wedding anniversary but was hard to ignore. Overall, considering the price point.....not worth it.
An awesome experience! My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at Ruth's Chris, and had a wonderful evening.
I came to celebrate my 40th bday at Ruth’s Chris and they made it extra special with a bday card and confetti on the table! Delicious food and top notch service!
It was Mother’s Day and, hence, busy. That said we were seated very soon after our res time. The service was friendly and prompt considering the crowd. We ordered a variety of steaks and the small seafood tower. The tower was fun and everyone got a couple of bites of a favorite shrimp, crab leg or lobster without spoiling their dinner! The steaks were prepared as ordered and were delicious! Coupled with drinks before and wine with it was delightful.
Everything was wonderful!!
The food was delicious however the service was very slow. Waited 10 minutes for a desert menu. Requested lemon for water which was never served.
The Mother's Day meal was enjoyed immensely. We have been to the Ruth Chris in Greensboro many times and thought that the meal was the best yet. Steaks and side dishes were excellent. The only critical statement concerned the thousand island dressing: tasted eggie.
The ambiance rating is because we feel that the décor could use an update.
Would like the desserts to be elevated, although the berries and cream are great (did not partake this time). Wish Ruth Chris would change chocolate bread pudding to cinnamon with crème anglaise.
Amazing experience. From Darla to the servers the customer service was amazing and all my guests said the food was excellent.
We came a very busy night and the service was excellent. They knew it was my birthday and decorated the table😊.
Thanks Ruth’s Chris!
