Roger Chu did a great job as manager and was very hospitable to us. Service and food were outstanding. Only disappointment was the au gratin potatoes were re-done and we liked the old way that they were prepared better. Steaks were excellent!
Great food and service. Nice night out. Becky the manager remembered us from our last visit. We also had the same server which was great. The Brussels sprouts were spectacular.

Really enjoyed our meal. At 5:00 pm on a weeknight we got a lovely window table and the first hour of our experience was very quiet and relaxing. Excellent service from Elaine. Highlights of the meal we're veal osso bucco ravioli, perfectly cooked filet and ribeye, and we'll crafted, tasty Manhattan Eastside cocktails with premium bourbon and drunken cherries. Recommend sharing appetizers, salads and sides. Our wallets and cholesterol levels can't take frequent visits but it's a definite a few times a year.
Our food was great, however the service was sporadic and non attentive by our server. No suggestions for drinks or return visit to see how food was. She also did not ask if we wanted after dinner drinks or coffee. Dining room manager helped get us a new baked potato.
Our waiter, Ian, is terrific, very attentive & fun without being overly present. The only complaint is that we were seated near a door to the outside... each time it opened, we were blasted by freezing cold air. Other than that, a wonderful experience as usual at Ruth's Chris of GR.
